L'accueil a été très moyen, la jeune fille au comptoir était presque désagréable et plutôt sèche. Le prix payé est très largement surévalué. Le dîner nous a été facturé 48€ par personne, hors boisson, tout ça pour un buffet !!! Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement

Super Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Essen! Der Pool war allerdings unbrauchbar, da zu kalt und wir aus dem Nebengebäude (0,5km) auf die Duschen und die Umkleide angewiesen waren. Von denen gab es jeweils nur eine (funktionierende). Alles in allem viel zu teuer für das was geboten war.

Wir bedauern allerdings sehr, dass Ihnen das Wasser im Pool zu kalt war. Die Temperatur beträgt immer zwischen 29 Grad und 29,5 Grad Celsius. Dies entspricht einer Temperatur für sportliche Pools für Schwimmer. Leider hatten wir einen technischen Defekt in der Duschsteuerung, dies tut uns sehr leid. Dies konnte unser Techniker wieder beheben. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie trotzdem wieder einmal bei uns zu begrüßen. Ganz schöne Grüße aus dem Stubaital. Ihre Familie Egger & Hofer mit Team

Cozy, quiet apartment, perfect for two
The small town of Neustift was amazing and our accommodations were incredible! Nice apartment with spectacular views. The hotel staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered. The apartments are not located in the main building, so the walk to the spa/pool was about 300m. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to the next one. Only a five minute walk to the ski lift.

Very comfortable, family friendly hotel. We were a group of eleven on a four day break to celebrate my husband 70th birthday and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly including arranging transfers to and from the airport. Great central location near to town centre and restaurants. Would recommend highly.

Great hotel for a relaxing time in Alps. We arrived late and the late arrival was perfectly organized. Staff is friendly and supportive. Great team: Hurra! Hotel room was spacious with comfortable beds. The shower was great; just the shower cabin is a bit cramped while the bathroom itself is more then big enough to put a larger cabin then the current 50 by 50. Would absolutely recommend this place. And hope to stay there one day again.

Dejligt hotel med meget imødekommende og venligt personale. Man følte sig meget velkommen. Morgenmad og især aftenmenuen var i top. Vi havde en oplevelse af virkeligt at få meget for pengene. God beliggenhed i forhold til vandreture i området og samtidig tæt på byens muligheder.

Super fint hotel med god service og dejlig mad. God pool og spa. Spaen og sauna åbner dog først kl 15 hvilken var lidt ærgerligt da vi var i poolen om morgenen (åbner kl 7).

Vi bodde i annexet och det var ganska långt att promenera till hotellet vilket drar ner helhetsbetyget. I övrigt är det ett trevligt hotell.

A bit of a paradox
It is a lovely hotel, in a lovely town. The service was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was great, and the cuisine at dinner was excellent. However...the room was very warm, and since it was -10C outside, you couldn't really keep the window open. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were those feather pillows that your head just sinks into so it's like there's no pillow at all (had to wrap a towel around it to keep it together....that fixed it.) No top sheet, just a heavy quilt, so since the room was so hot, had to take the quilt out of the duvet cover and use the cover as a top sheet. The bathroom was very large, and the shower was tiny. And we had an unsatisfactory solution to a misunderstanding about children in the room and ensuing charges because of that. In general, a nice hotel....with some caveats.

Stubai Glacier hotel with great food
Breakfast and Dinner were great, proper 3-courses dinner (at least) with Tuesday happens to be the GALA dinner which got 6 or 7 dishes. Room spacious, just do not pick apartment rooms because it is in another building which is 1 min drive away with little or no staff, and far away from the main building where you eat. We changed to the main building and everything is great. Staff very helpful and friendly

Уютный, домашний отель с вежливым персоналом
Впечатления самые лучшие. Отличная спа-зона. Прекрасные завтраки. Очень изысканные ужины, авторская кухня, каждый день меню разное, не буфет, поэтому все очень спокойно, уютно и по домашнему. Номера обслуживают на высоком уровне. Все очень чисто и опрятно. Для лыжников удобно, понятно и просто с инвентарем. Авто всегда есть куда припарковать. Из окна прекрасные виды на городок и горы, на балконе можно загорать.

Oustanding hotel in a super area.
Outstanding hotel with spa facilities. Fabulous meals and exceptional service. Professional staff. Friendly and family atmosphere. The Stubai Super Card included in our package allowed free access to all cable cars and swimming pool which was of great value. Free parking and fast WiFi.

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer gross und sehr sauber. Wellnessbereich sehr einladend mit Schwimmbad und diversen Saunas. Abendessen mit 5 Gang Menü bezaubernd. Auch sehr auf Allergiker und Intoleranzen bedacht. Hotel absolut empfehlenswert.

Nice, large and clean apartment. Distance between the Hotel and building with apartments is 300m. This is inconvinience, especially for breakfest. But at the hotel great Austrian local meals. Ofcourse clasical meals too. Pleasant staff. Very clean hotel.

Ett hotell med fantastisk service. Restaurangen serverar läckra maträtter med lokal anknytning. Personalen är otroligt serviceinriktad och är oerhört hjälpsam och familjär. SPA-avdelningen är väl tilltagen och erbjuder allt man kan önska efter en tuff skiddag.

Lovely Family owned hotel in Neustift
We have had a lovely stay, place is few minutes walk from the cable car that takes u up to the top of the Mountain and also very near village / town centre with all the amenities, e.g Billa, bank, restaurants, information centre, all very very near. We have booked this hotel for a weekend just to see what it was like and it was absolutely lovely. They offered us a welcome drink of sparkling white wine, promptly gave us a whole folder with leaflets + all the information about the area and everything was just so efficient. Rooms were lovely, maybe the decor needs a little updating, but very comfortable, quality bedding, clean bathroom and lovely balcony to admire the view of the snowy mountains around. Now their spa/wellness area is something extraordinary, we were really pleasantly surprised, there were saunas, steam rooms, swimming pool, really nice ambiance with candles lit everywhere and hot/cold drink facilities with selection of herbal and fruit teas, huge bowl with fresh apples, really nice after a long day skiing or just walking. Also dinner was amazing experience, -it was like a Michelin restaurant - 5 course dinner. We booked this hotel for 2 days, but there was an unfortunate thing of the system double booking.They informed us about this before we got there and sorted a hotel 5 min up the road for us, Daniel the owner was very friendly and took us there himself the next morning.Thank you, we would recommend this place just for the wellness itself!

Over all Great experience.
The stay at Hotel Stubeirhof was exceptionally good. The staff were really good and welcoming. Staff helpful in every way they could. Room was like an apartment but away from the main hotel building. So for every meal we had to go all the way back to the main building which was around 300 mtrs away. Spa, Sauna and swimming pool not suitable for families. while booking it showed that hotel had a kids pool, however there was no kids pool available.

Ein echt schönes, empfehlenswertes Hotel
Wir waren Im Juli in Neustift. Der Stubaierhof ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gut in Stand gehalten, sauber mit grösszügig dimensionierten Zimmern und Balkonen (leider fehlt eine Minibar, was wir in einem 4* Hotel eigentlich erwarten). Wellnessbereich erfüllt (fast) alle Wünsche (mit einem Pool halb drinnen und halb draussen, wie das heute in Mountain-Resorts üblich ist, wäre dieser perfekt), sehr schöner Aussenbereich mit riesiger Terrasse und einer ebenso grossen Liegewiese. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kein unnötiger Schischi (was wir sehr schätzen), aber es gibt nichts, was man vermissen würde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sollten wir wieder nach Neustift ins Stubaital gehen, steigen wir wieder Im Stubaierhof ab.

Ich habe die Nacht in einem Einzelzimmer verbracht. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein (Bilder davon fehlen auf der Homepage) und die Ausstattung schon etwas älter. Ausserdem mit Ausrichtung zur Strasse und somit auch nicht extrem ruhig. Die grösseren Zimmer seien sehr viel grösser. Essen war ok aber nicht berauschend. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Skibus (...allerdings mehr als 20 Minuten Fahrt) bis zur Talstation Stubai-Gletscher.

Brilliant skiing destination
A great place to stay - handy from Innsbruck airport, and then on to the slopes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. And it was v good value too. Highly recommended.
