You must stay here! Famil Vaca!
This hotel is incredible in everyway. We came with a 4 yr old and a 2 month old and truly felt like we had a vacation. Children's club was fantastic, and babysitters were so lovely! Perfect family getaway. The staff are incredible, so well trained, so friendly... literally didnt have one bad experience with staff. They really knew how to show extra care for visitors. We are already planning our trip back for the winter. One small thing, there is no AC in the rooms but the cool mountain air is lovely all night but for some that need AC it could pose a problem. For us it was no issue.

War einmal Spitzenklasse...
Das Interalpen ist (bzw. war) eigentlich aussergewöhnlich, hat aber leider nicht mehr das gleiche Niveau wie vor der Covid-Schliessung. Die Zimmer, SPA und Pool sind sind nach wie vor top. Wenig begeistert waren wir von der Leistung im Restaurant. Das Abendessen (Speisen) wäre eigentlich sehr gut gewesen, aber der Service war im besten Fall 2 Sterne wert, das heisst ungenügend. Es gab zu viele Fehler und besonders schlecht: Unsere Anliegen wurden einfach überhört. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass niemand uns zuhört. Scheinbar war viele Praktikanten anwesend, was den schlechten Service erklärt. Die Frage ist, weshalb diese nicht besser betreut werde?! Das Frühstücksbuffet war vor Covid echte Spitzenklasse. Jetzt ist es einfach gut, das heisst nichts Besonderes mehr. Entsprechend waren wir doch sehr enttäuscht. Vieles wurde wahrscheinlich Opfer des Sparhammers, die Auswahl war überblickbar. Dann sind es die kleinen Dinge: Ein Wechsel des Hauptgerichts (ein Wienerschnitzel), ist jetzt kostenpflichtig (+15 €). Beim Aufdecken wird an Stelle der Schokolade ein Brieflein mit Traubenzucker auf den Nachttisch gelegt; das ist völlig daneben und entspricht nicht dem Stil eines 5+ Sterne-Hotels. Die Bar sollte zudem dringend renoviert werden. Sie wirkt extrem düster und lustlos. Zudem sind die Sessel unterirdisch. Fazit aus unserer Sicht: Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht mehr. Das Interalpen war unser Lieblingshotel in Österreich und wir werden auf weitere Besuche verzichten.

Ein wundervolles Hotel
Ein tolles Hotel, sehr ruhig, die Zimmer waren groß und hell. Die Bedingung extrem aufmerksam, man könnte dort mehrere Wochen verbringen. Wir haben uns überlegt unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Amazing Honeymoon Stay
We stayed here as part of our honeymoon which also coincided with my birthday. The hotel was fabulous and we were treated to chocolates and champagne in our room on arrival and a birthday cake on my birthday. Staff were friendly and the food and Spa facilities were great. The only downside we found was that all the spa/gym closed at 8 so can’t be used after dinner - stretching this to 10 may be better.

Best hotel ever
This hotel is absolutely unbelievable. The location cannot be compared for the views, the service was beyond excellent and I’m still thinking about the food - best I’ve ever had. I cannot day enough about this hotel. But realize that it is a world unto itself - you won’t be walking into town or shopping. It’s all about relaxing and enjoying the views and food.

Fabulous Resort in the Alps
The Interalpen is a fabulous hotel in a spectacular setting in the Austrian Alps. Incredibly luxurious and well appointed, it is easily one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at anywhere in the world. There is plenty to do for lovers of the outdoors supplemented by the Spa and other indoor activities. This part of Austria is spectacular for the beauty of its hills and valleys, what we call good for the soul. Our only possible complaint is that having established a very reasonable dress code they do not enforce it.

Everything and I mean everything about this was perfect! We were a group of 6 friends traveling together and not one of us had anything but the highest praise for this hotel. The rooms were luxurious, the staff incredibly helpful--for both the hotel and the restaurant. The price of the hotel includes meals and they were incredible--the breakfast buffet was bountiful--they must have offered over eight different kinds of juices and I am still sad that I could not sample more of the cheeses. Actually I am sorry I couldn't fit in any more bites of food! The three men turned into 8 year olds when they rented electric bikes and "borrowed" a hotel employee to accompany them as they cycled around the mountains. (While they ladies explored the incredible spa) If you have the opportunity to visit this beautiful hotel,do not miss it!

Luxusentspannung
Wellness und Spa Bereich ein Traum, allgemein die Einfahrt und das Ankommen im Hotel war etwas sehr besonderes. Meine Kollegin und ich waren total begeistert und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause gehen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll, Geschmackvoll und vor allem speziell eingerichtet. Eine komplette Wohlfühloase von A-Z, unsere wünsche wurden erfüllt und alles war einfach mehr als Perfekt. Ich nichts negatives sagen oder schreiben. Aufjedenfall empfehlenswert!!!!

One of the best hotels in the world!
I cannot rave enough about this hotel. The staff were so helpful when I booking wasn't quite right. The food was amazing. The views spectacular and the drive in reception is such a fantastic concept, I don't know why other hotels don't do this around the world. After swimming in the inside and outside pools (they're linked) I tried the four(!) different saunas. Just sublime.

Mountaintop Perfection
Without a doubt one of the 5 finest hotels I've ever experienced. Drop dead gorgeous views, rooms and facilities. Faultless staff. Definitely at or above the caliber of Four Seasons, St. Regis or Mandarin. Kaw dropping place!

Tranquility in Tyrol
We wanted a hotel where I could ski with my son and my non skiing wife would have plenty on offer. This definitely did not disappoint.The spa facilities were to as good as you can get. Skiing was great although the 20 min bus transfer from the slopes back to the hotel were only every 2 hours which meant (we did not drive to the hotel ) it was finish at 2.20 or 4.20 nothing in between( most people staying were Germans who drove) Food very good and almost unhealthy amounts on offer for those with no discipline. Great wine list and great Sommeliers.. This hotel won't disappoint you

Wunderschön, mit Verbesserungsbedarf im Detail
Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete Küche und einige herausragende Servicemitarbeiter. Gleichzeitig ist der Servicestandard insgesamt dem Preis nicht angemessen. Als wir etwa mit unserer dreijährigen Tochter den Kinderbereich betreten haben, in welchem kein einziges anderes Kind war, erklärte uns die Betreuerin, wir müssen einen Babysitter bezahlen, sie könne sich nicht sicher kümmern, es kommen 40 Kinder und sie sei ganz alleine. Letztendlich war es dann zwar doch möglich, unsere Tochter ohne Aufpreis betreuen zu lassen, ein ungutes Gefühl blieb jedoch. Ähnlich ging es mir, als ich in der Früh um eine heiße Schokolade mit Schlagobers bat und der Kellner mir sagte, er habe leider nur welches gefunden, das aber nicht so frisch sei, das wolle er mir lieber nicht geben. Was bei einer Pension zum Schmunzeln ist, finde ich bei 5 Sterne Superior inakzeptabel. Für mich gekrönt war das Erlebnis, als ich mit Kinderwagen und Gipshand mein Teller vom Buffet zum Tisch zurücktrug und mir drei Kellner dabei zusahen, ohne dass mir Hilfe angeboten wurde. Da kenne ich etwa vom Kempinski in München ganz anderen Service zu weitaus günstigeren Preisen...

Fantastic hotel
The Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol is a fantastic hotel with superb service, views and location. The included meals are great. The rooms are in huge with plenty of space and almost everything you could ask for. I hIghly recommend.

Fantastisk ophold!
Min kone og jeg havde 4 overnatninger på Interalpen-hotel. Det var en fantastisk oplevelse. Alt er i top og med gæsten i centrum. Hotellet burde have 6 stjerner frem for 5. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!

Perekter Ort in der Zwischensaison
Das gepflegte Hotel liegt sehr schön eingebettet in der Natur. Das Hotel ist sehr gross und verfügt über keine Klimaanlage, da es Mitten in der Natur liegt. Wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, wird es meiner Meinung nach sehr sehr voll und eng.

Resturant bills
we had an excellent stay at the hotel just when we checked out we found out that three resturant bills out of many we had which we always paid in cash were recorded unpaid and we were requested to pay them again! unfotunately, it appears the hotel staff maybe decided they deserve more wages or tips and rolled the bill money we left to thier pockets as tips rather than payment of bills.

Das Interalpen Team tut wirklich alles um den Gästen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und von auserlesener Qualität. Die Buffets sind wunderschön hergerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist grosszügig und sauber. Überraschend ist, dass sich die Gäste so gut in den zahlreichen Räumen verteilen. Es wirkt familiär.

Gutes Spa-Hotel
Nettes Hotel mit Potenzial. Schöne Lage, tolles Spa mit sehr guten Anwendungen und gut ausgestattetem Gym. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, aber es war sehr warm. Trotz gekipptem Fenster waren es nachts weit über 20 Grad im Zimmer. Die Heizung lief auf vollen Touren. Damit war die Luft im Zimmer zu trocken und warm. Der Service könnte für ein 5 Sternehaus etwas besser sein. Vielleicht sollte man sich nicht nur auf die zahlreichen russischen Gäste fokussieren.
