Our sincere apologies. 95 percent of our rooms have a fridge and microwave. We typically do not guarantee them in our rooms. If I remember correctly, I offered to give you a free upgrade to our King suite to rectify the issue, and you said you were ok. I am very sorry your experience was not as you had hoped for. This week is the annual paper mill shut down. The town fills with contractors that alternate between night and day shift. During the times of shift change, the hotel can be pretty bustling. Beds are difficult. Some guests prefer a more firm bed, and others a soft bed. We try to order in between, but its challenging to find a mattress that pleases all. I hope you would give us another chance to show you what we can do.

We have made a note for maintenence to examine your air conditioner. I'm sorry to hear that your stay was not a great one. While I'm not sure what you feel you saw during your stay here, I can confirm now that the inspection is done, there is no signs of any bugs...yes, I made sure they inspected under the beds also . Our rooms are inspected and the hotel is sprayed once a month in order to keep from having any issues with bugs. As for the pet issue, it does say on our site, along with the expedia site, and other sites, that we are "dog" friendly. I felt the staff went above and beyond by allowing your cat in the hotel this time even though it is normally against our policy. Rooms get a thorough cleaning every day and as for your feelings that the hotel is outdated... we are working on updating it as we can, but we also strive to keep our cost low for our guest.
