Amazing hotel in perfect location
We loved this place. The whole vibe is friendly, chilled, and peaceful. The pool area with the bar and various comfy seating is stunning, while the staff are lovely and very helpful. The pool never feels too busy which adds to the laid back yet unpretentious vibe. The Traditional Studio was beautiful; the decor and overall style are spot on. Just a few minutes walk and you’re on the calm, lovely Yialos beach, with its cute eateries and cafes, and the port where the boat came in from Athens was just a few minutes further on foot. Highly recommended, we’d love to come back.

The owners are super friendly & the place is super nice. The pool is a bonus add on, it's lovely. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall is if you want to party, the bus doesn't run all night...if you're looking for a party area stay at the top of Chora. This hotel is more for couples. Overall great though :)

Best place to stay in Ios!
We were blown away by this hotel! The Location was perfect, short walk from the port, beach, and the town center! The room was beautiful and had everything we needed! The pool was amazing, beautiful, clean, and the perfect temperature! There was a great pool bar and plenty of shaded areas. While all of this was great, the best part of our stay was definitely the staff! Hospitality here is top tier. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We arrived a little early for our reservation and they stored our luggage and got us drinks at the pool bar. During our stay they gave us helpful suggestions on how to navigate the Island and were so warm and kind. We will definitely be back!

Paradise Found
Direct bij aankomst het gevoel krijgen dat je bij vrienden op bezoek bent, wat een geweldige vibe hangt hier. Even relaxen met een welkomstdrankje en ondergedompeld worden in de geneugten van dit geweldige paradijs. Allervriendelijkste familie die hun gasten willen laten genieten op deze prachtlocatie op bog geen drie minuten wandelen van de haven. Heerlijk ontbijt met verwenproducten, toppers! We komen zeker terug!

In viaggio con coppia di amici ci siamo trovati molto bene Facile da raggiungere a piedi dal porto, a pochi passi dalle numerose taverne e rent a car. Sympaattinen hotelli
Hyvä hotelli. Huoneet on siistejä, ilmastointi toimii hyvin. Allasalue on hyvä. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan sataman vieressä, josta myös lautat lähtee. Vieressä on myös uimaranta ja ravintoloita. Bussi pääkylään kulkee 15 min välein ja pysäkki on hotellin edessä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamupala oli tyypilliseen kreikkalaiseen vertattuna hyvä.

Excellent staff and really amazing breakfast. The breakfast options are mostly home made and delicious cakes, dishes and many options for vegetarian people as well. The location is right next to the ferry port so you can just walk to this hotel once you reach by ferry and there is a bus stop next to the hotel to reach the city centre. The only downside was, the air condition in our room was slow and it took quite some time to get the room temperature cool. Also, the room was less than our expectations but that might be due to we did not check the hotel photos properly. Overall good place to stay for the price.

Cozy hotel, great location, genuine staff!
This hotel and its staff deserve all the praise there is! Dimitris & family is out of their way friendly. The room itself was very neat and cozy and having more amenities than necessary. Great breakfast included and food and drinks for all other times. The service is impeccable, pool area superb and location is splendid with the beach, port and medical center within walking distance, even with a broken foot :') Actively recommending and hoping to return myself! Efcharisto poli!

Ett kanonhotell. Lugnt, supertrevlig personal och bra läge i hamnen. Vårt enda minus var att vi snålade och tog billigaste rummet vilket var lite av ett mörkt skrymsle (fortfarande väldigt fräscht), så rekommenderar att unna sig något bättre.

Best of the Best in IOS!!
This was the absolute perfect way to end my trip to Greece. This hotel was amazing, super well kept and the service was phenomenal!! We got in a bit before check-in and we’re greeted right away with delicious, cool lemonade that hit the spot during the summer heat. The room was ready moments later and the relaxation began. Demetrio and Sophia were fantastic and so sweet. The rooms were super comfortable and very well designed. The pool was awwweessomme!! They helped us with bus times (which the stop was less than 50ft from the hotel), places to eat and sights to see. In the evening, we had a chance to chat with the beautiful family that owns and operates the hotel. Flora was so great and gave us the history of IOS and the hotel. The entire staff cares so much about the guests, it puts 5-star super fancy hotels to shame. I wanted to extend another few days but unfortunately I couldn’t. Breakfast was sooo good and extremely filling. So many options!! I honestly couldn’t have been happier with this stay. I can’t wait for the spring so I can come back to Yialos Hotel for much longer!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

This place was AMAZING!!! If we could have extended our trip and stayed here for the rest of our time in Greece, we would have. The facilities were so beautiful and so clean on arrival, we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable and warm staff who kept us updated on our upcoming activities, the rooms were immaculate with beautiful finishing touches you would want for your own home and we couldn’t get enough of the pool/pool bar in our downtime. It’s situated in the perfect location between a pretty beach, the port (for easy access to the ferries), a bus stop to get you anywhere else on the island and stairs to the town center which made it perfect for us. We loved it and all the wonderful people who keep it perfect. We will be back!

Kiva hotelli lähellä satamaa! Uima-allasalue on todella kiva. Allas on iso ja aurinkopetejä löytyy useita. Wifi toimii todella hyvin. Aamiainen joka päivä samanlainen ja siihen olisi kaivannut vähän variaatioita. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Negatiiviset asiat oli että sänky todella pieni, pitkälle ihmiselle aivan liian lyhyt ja äänieristys olematonta.

Simply wonderful
In the weeks leading up to our stay at Yialos Village we anticipated a relaxing experience and our stay did not disappoint. The property has a warm ambience contributed by the the beautiful stonework design and the families welcome upon arrival. Our room was like a private Greek sanctuary with a unique design and white and grey concrete throughout. We enjoyed delicious cocktails by the pool throughout the day made by Christos who’s recommended Loukomaki which became our top pick. Breakfast in the morning was delightful and made even better by the mother’s welcome. We were incredibly sad to have left but took comfort in knowing this gem is here for when we eventually return to ios.

A must place to go and relax.
Very nice hotel with all that you could need. The area is very quiet so a perfect place to just relax. The hotel is just a short walk from the ferry terminal,so easy to find. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options which set you up for the day by the lovely pool.

Fijn kleinschalig hotel gerund door een familie. Zeer goed onderhouden. Leuke kamers. Goede lunch diner kaart. Zeer behulpzaam en centraal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand, Oude Dorp en veerboot. Beslist om nog een keer terug te gaan.

Except stay... 1) super close proximity to the ferry port, walkable in approx 5mins 2) staff very friendly and helpful 3) paid for a one room with twin beds and given two rooms side by side due to availability, this was greatly appreciated 4) breakfast spread was quite lovely 5) we were provided with a map of the island...although we didn’t go beyond the neighboring port area (lots of restaurants ), Chora seems close by...the beach is literally 2mins walking....there is also a local market 6) WiFi WiFi WiFi....in the room, the pool area...it works and it works well! 7) water pressure in the shower and faucet was lovely! We had a lovely experience! Thank you staff at Yialos, it was a pleasure!

Super welcoming staff
Warm welcome from the staff! We felt very welcome and were always greeted with smiles and offered help and advice throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The pool area is beautiful, lots of space available. Feels like a true vacation! Offered an upgrade due to availability. A huge thanks!

This is a little gem of a hotel . Great location ,excellent accommodation, tasty breakfast offer , first class pool but what makes it stand out is the wonderful family and staff who run the place . They could not have done more for us during our stay . We will be back !

Struttura a gestione familiare molto bella e curata nei dettagli, comoda per una passeggiata alla Chora, a due passi dal porto, dalla spiaggia e alcuni ristorantini. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta, un saluto a Dimitri, mamma e papà, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

This property is fantastic. The owners are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The property is beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean, well designed and decorated. Loved the stonework. The pool and surround are stunning. The breakfast buffet provided offers a wide variety to suit all tastes and diets . Load up your plate, sit on the terrace overlooking the pool and enjoy.

Very nice close to the port and you don't have to go up the mountain to get to the hotel. Watch out for the bees for breakfast. Other than that everything is good.

Freundlichkeit nur wenn alles rund läuft
Freundlicher Empfang, wenn aber was nicht rund läuft und man nach Lösungen bittet, wird man als „Troublemaker“ abgewimmelt. (Wassserhahn im Bad funktionierte nicht, trotz mehrmaliger Meldung wurde wenig bis nichts unternommen. Es kam auch nie eine Entschuldigung.) Achtung Leute mit Kindern: Treppe im Zimmer ohne Geländer, etwas gefährlich)

The hotel is extremely beautiful and the staff couldn’t do more to help! The location is good, only 1 minute walk to a bus stop and takes less than 5 minutes from the port. Buses run every 15 mins so there is no where you can’t go! Can’t recommend enough

Greek Oasis
This little Greek oasis is conveniently located 5 mins walking distance from the port. The family that owns/operates the hotel are so warm and welcoming. We had a great stay here and highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable luxury. The only complaint I have is the ants. They were microscopic but relentless in our room. Other than that 4.5 stars. We would definitely come back!

Área de piscina fantástica!
Ao chegar a área da piscina e bar encantam! Recepção calorosa da família, especialmente o Dimitri e a Flora com direito a drink cortesia de boas vindas! Toda a família e staff extremamente atenciosos e solicitos. O quarto budget é bem simples, mas condiz com a denominação e inclui um bom café da manhã. Os únicos pontos negativos são as toalhas de banho muito duras (parecem uma lixa) e a água do banheiro, que parece ser dessalinizada ou de poço e deixa uma camada esbranquiçada na pele. Wifi não funciona nos quartos. De qualquer forma voltaria e recomendo!

We enjoyed our stay at Yialos, the hotel is family owned and they go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. My friend and I lost our converter extender and asked the owner where we could buy one, a few minutes later he comes back with one for us to use during our stay. The breakfast. was amazing, the hotel is beautiful and clean and their hospitality is out of this world. Also a super close walk to the port with tons of restaurants.

Un peu déçue
Hôtel familial situé a proximité du port et de la plage Yialos (5 minutes à pieds). Nous avions réservé un studio avec vue sur jardin, la chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé (vue sur l'entrée, terrasse minuscule, douche sans fenêtre), et nous avions une mezzanine pas du tout adaptée à notre taille. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et rien n'était prévu pour faire sécher le linge et les serviettes, très peu de rangement. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Petit déjeuner simple sur 2h seulement (8h30-10h30), donc beaucoup de monde sur la fin du créneau. Piscine assez grande, transats confortables. Nous avions séjourné dans un autre hôtel juste avant et avons été un peu déçus par celui-ci, trop cher pour les prestations proposées.
