I am so sorry that it seems the temperature was not on our side during your stay. We are happy to announce that the hot tub is HOT and ready for you to come back and enjoy. We are a smoke free property and at times if there are smokers that come in from outside they bring a little with them so I am sorry for that. We do have a hot water pump pot on the coffee station and we also have a hot water spicket on the coffee maker so I apologize that you were not able to find hot water. We hope that you will come back and stay with us again when you are in the area.

I am sorry that you experienced an odor in your room. We never want our guests to not be satisfied with their room. I understand that having a hot tub down is not a positive point for your stay, although these are things that we can not plan for and try to repair as soon as possible. If we had it our way would want it to be functioning properly every day but things do happen and we apologize for that. I can honestly say we are experiencing no problems at this time and all is good.

I am so sorry that you had difficulty with your TV and the lack of a quick response from the front desk is not what I expected. Our AmericInn Hampton team is made up of proud Americans! We do not set the channel to any specific channel nor encourage one channel over another. Our guests have the option of changing the channel whenever they choose, or not watch the TV or they may go to their room and watch their favorite channel. The remote is placed on the milk refrigerator with a channel guide for all our guests. In my 20+ years with AmericInn I have never heard or experienced any issues with my guests on what is showing on the TV. We are known "America's welcoming neighbor" and we love that motto.

I thank you for your comments and we are so happy that you were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the pool area. The pool is set at 84-86 degrees unless they had added water as that will bring down the temperature for a short time. I apologize if it was colder than you had hoped for.
