Room was clean. Limited number of towels in room. There was an iron, but no ironing board. Limited staff at front desk since this is the off season in Spirit Lake. I would stay here again.

A very adequate place to stay. Everything worked as it should. Beds a little on the firm side and rooms a bit small by todays standards. Breakfast satisfactory.

We were in town for a funeral. Being a small town our choices were limited. Many of our family members stayed as well. Our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, the mirrors had finger prints all over. Our room seemed to be tiny. Definitely would never book there again.

Good Super 8. Clean, quiet, and helpful staff. The only grips are the breakfast was lacking a bit and there was always a horde of people smoking right outside of both front doors.

The TV in our room was kinda sketchy, and we had to ask the hotel staff to try to remedy. He got it to a better place but there were a lot of channels that were blocked and it appeared to have a parental code blocking them. The room was clean and breakfast was good! Nice staff as well.

The hotel was not in good shape and needs to be remodeled. Walls were chipped and our room was not very clean, The breakfast area was to small and many people did not have a seat.

Reuion trip
Check in was only problem. No one ever at desk, have to ring bell or call. Checked in then left. Came back and keys did not work. Got new keys, got in room and seen someone had been in our room. All bags were on floor i middle of room. Asked for different room. Got keys to room already occupied. Went back again to get another room. Finally got a room. Reason from kid at desk was system was down that morning!

There was a stale odor that room freshers didn't help much. Room service took our dirty towels and wash cloths, didn't replace them and didn't clean our room. The bathroom was updated, and very nice. Property had a rundown feel to it, which was surprising at $260 per night.

Hotel is in rough shape. Not worth what we paid to stay one night. Room had a weird smell and not fresh. Bathroom top vent was hanging from ceiling. Shower had grime on floor and sides. Light fixtures were dusty in bathroom. Seems like they do bare minimal with cleaning. Pillows are super floppy with no shape to give good neck support. Beds are not most comfortable. Night manager did not do much to keep hallways from being noisy at midnight. There were a bunch of people loud coming and going at midnight slamming doors. Don’t expect much when you stay.

Bathroom walls were cracked and paint coming off. Potato Chips on the floor from maybe last tenants. My comforter had food on it And was stained. Overall it was horrible.
