I have booked a room using online apps and have chosen a room with a king bed with non smoking room. I and my wife and my baby went to check in at 10.30 pm, front desk staff said there was a duplication of the reservation and the room I chose was full. They replace with twin sharing rooms. When I entered the room there was a VERY STRONG SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE and made us very uncomfortable. I have made a complaint to the front counter staff to change another room. But the staff said all hotel rooms were fully booked. They promised to solve this problem within 30 minutes. But I waited for almost 1 hour when their staff came to get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke. Then only at 12.00 midnight I and my family can get back into the room.
