사진으로 장난질 하지 않는 호텔
도착후 방문을 열자마자 사진 그대로의 시설에 감탄했습니다. 테라스가 있는 룸으로 했는데 졸졸졸 물이 흐르는 소리에 마음이 평온해졌습니다. 발리 호텔이라는 이름 답게 말레이시아 안에서 저 먼곳의 발리를 떠올릴 수 있었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 불을 켜도 방안이 원래 어두운 편인지라 모기가 들어오면 잘 보이지가 않아서 한마리 잡아내는데 한세월이 걸렸습니다. 각방에 에프킬라 홈매트 같은게 있긴 하지만 약발이 쎄지 않고 방이 원체 넓은지라 효과가 있어보이지도 않았습니다. 모기 빼고는 모든게 만족스러웠습니다.

Our Go-To Place for Ipoh
This is a wonderful place. Room and property decor are themed and well-done. Staff was super helpful with information and arrangements. Room was spacious and comfortable. We really like the generous size bath and bedroom. Everything is perfect condition. Had a GREAT massage while here.

Excellent stay with best hospitality
The room is very excellent and fulfil our expectation, roof top is very good place for relaxing especially in the evening. Staffs are very friendly . Good place to stay in Ipoh

Very pleasant hotel to stay. Small however very quiet and easy drive to ipoh old town to grab food or local products. Recommend this hotel for different experience. Staff service also very good and friendly.

A beautiful Balinese style boutique hotel, in a quiet residential area (don't worry though - if you're visiting Ipoh, most attractions are very close together so if you're using Grab, it'll be inexpensive to get around!). The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and the complimentary breakfast every morning (a la carte and made fresh) was delicious. I also indulged in their on-site spa service - would definitely recommend!

My overall experience here was wonderful. Staff were attentive and helpful. The family room was spacious, clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was great and the massage was heavenly. Keep up the good work and we'll be back with more friends.

Peaceful Stay in Ipoh
Peaceful surrounding and comfortable. Good quality bedding and furniture made from solid wood. Toilet has the zen design except for bath tub - I would expect the bath tub to be more Balinese instead of the usual white color. There are gaps between bath tubs and walls that are almost impossible to clean, so my fear is over time there might be some smell if not properly maintained. On breakfast - their Balinese menu is excellent and breakfast room service is good. Overall the hotel is good, suitable for travellers who want a twist to the usual hotels.

Balinese design which is quite unique. Went there for pre-wedding photo shoot and stay. Being their guest does not automatically grant you the access to photoshoot in their hotel. Paid extra RM100+ (cost a bom, and as much as a non hotel guest) for a hotel that is unique but not as unique as you can shoot for the entire day (end up shooting only about an hour).

L'hotel est superbe avec beaucoup de charme. Malheureusement, l'accueil est déplorable. La directrice de l'hotel est odieuse. Ni bonjour, ni au revoir. Dès l'arrivée à la réception ce sont des ordres, "passeport, déposit, choisissez tout de suite le petit dejeuner, " . Dommage le cadre est enchanteur mais nous n'y retournerons pas et nous ne le conseillerons pas. CHANGER DE MANAGER ça fait fuir le client !!!

We stayed in the hotel at the Eve of Chinese New Year. Room 105 was clean, quiet and spacious for two. The hotel is not exactly in downtown and thus choice for dining is a bit limited. Secret Restaurant which serves local/western style food, is at the opposite side of the hotel. Contrary to other comments on the quality/services of this restaurant, we found it could meet our expectations. Of course, taking GRAB car to and from the hotel and downtown is convenient (~10 - 20 mins) and comparatively affordable (~ 8 - 15 ringgits). We have to thank the very kind help of Raidah in this aspect and her prompt arrangement of fixing the minor drainage issue of the bathroom. We also agree with comments of other customers that the spa services there are nice and value for money but my suggestion is better to book in advance given its limited capacity.
