I have never had such a big trouble with my bookings on hotels.com, but this hotel was just unbelievable. We were a family of 4 and when there by a car we have rented. The lady at the front desk spoke English but not so fluently. I asked where we could park the car and she said that there was no room. I thought she meant parking space by that, but what she was actually saying was that they can't let us stay there on that day since all rooms were full. I showed her the voucher saying that I had payed the money in advance, she called someone, and confirmed that we did make a reservation there but stil we had to go to another hotel near airport. I was so angry but we had no choice at all but to go to a different hotel, which took us 15min to get by car. (The lady wrote us the name of the hotel but in Russian letters, which we couldn't read, and then showed us the spot on google map, which was totally wrong. We ended up finding the second hotel after searching the name on goolge.) The person at the front desk insisted it was not her fault, but showing the wrong way is indeed her fault. I don't even have any proper explanation why that happened. Big disappointment at Hotels.com.
