Friendly, helpful and so welcoming!
Such a fantastic stay, the whole team made it an absolute joy. They were friendly, helpful, and patient (I was practicing my not so good Italian and they were very encouraging). As a solo traveller, they made the experience so welcoming that I will 100% be visiting them again. Thank you for a super relaxing and enjoyable holiday :)

Excellent resort hotel! Relaxing and charming!
This resort-style hotel was an incredible experience on the island of Ischia. Their service and staff were all top professionals and very accommodating for any requests that we had during our stay. The breakfast buffet is impressive, lots of choices and large. Coffee (americano and espressos) were perfect. The pool/grotto and private beach area were both amazing experiences and again the staff for food and drinks was really top level. Amazing bar service inside the hotel, with a live piano player at night as well. The hotel is very vintage Italian in style but seems so clean and well-kept all the time that it felt new. My only criticism would be that the gym and spa areas were okay, but could be better. The spa area in the basement is very nice and quiet. Good saunas and pool. So many other rooms downstairs in the basement, that I wasn’t sure if there was more to offer down there. The gym was small and tucked away by the pool. They have all the basics so you can have decent workout, but I understand this hotel is more for tranquil and relaxing times. They have a shuttle service that will pickup/drop off for the ferry and they even send you off with a little gift. It’s away from the main spots but an easy 5-10 min walk to great shopping and restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights and extended for an extra day after having such a great time! Wish we could have stayed longer, thank you Il Moresco.

no ferries going to ischia because of weather - called property to tell them we can not make it that day but please hold room. the gentleman or maybe not so gentle proceeded to yell at me like a dog and kept screaming I cant get my money back- never even asked for any money back or anything i was just hoping to hold roomand inform them ofoursituation and maybe a suggestion - i stay at many five star hotels never here - go to excelsior across the street they would have handled things quite differently - i wasnteven able to talk they are so desperate i just got screamed at about money - it was on speaker and mu wife was frightened by this man needless to say we did not go who needs to give a place like this the time of day. Ciao!

Hotel Moresco is not to be missed!
This was are daughter's graduation from graduate school celebration trip and our 27th wedding anniversary! Our favorite part of our Italy vacation was Ischia! This hotel has the most amazing customer service! A special shout to the front desk staff Pietro. He helped us with so many bookings and was fabulous!

Hotel Moresco- Great Hotel
I will start by saying I rarely will give a review, however . . . The Grand Hotel II Moresco & Spa was suggested by friends of ours. We stayed for two days and two nights and it was fantastic. The service was excellent and extremely friendly. One day our plans "fell through" due to weather and the management team helped us rent a car and had it delivered within 30 minutes to the hotel. The room was very nice with a spectacular view. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. I would absolutely stay there again. 5 stars!!!

Hotel bellissimo, con personale molto professionale ed estremamente gentile e garbato. Distanziamento e precauzioni anti-covid applicati rigorosamente, sia in tutto l'hotel, che nella spiaggia (mare pulitissimo) privata dell'hotel. Esperienza da ripetere al più presto, senza alcun dubbio.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool and beach amenities. Beach is a short walk from the hotel and worth visiting. Breakfast was delicious too. Did not try dinner or visit the spa.

Décoration originale, jardins exotiques, superbe piscine et plage privée font de cet excellent hôtel un havre de sérénités que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Très bien placé, possibilité de balades à pied pleine de charme. Petit-déjeuners variés avec tout ce dont on peut rêver dans un 5 etoiles. Personnel très à l’ecoute de vos désirs.

1つの室内プールを含む3つの温泉プール、サウナ、バンニョトゥルコ。カステロアラゴネーゼを望む海のプライベートデッキ。 レストランの食事はとても美味しい。 レセプションはみんな親切で好みに合わせたエクスカーションを提案してくれる。 夜のそぞろ歩き、昼のショッピング、近くにはドルチェやジェラートで有名なカフェや深夜営業のバーも。 港に近いので、貸切のクルーザーやカプリやポジターノに行く船にも便利。 素晴らしいことを挙げると、枚挙に暇がない。 4年通っていますが、次も行きます！

Schöner Garten und Pool-Landschaft. Sehr gepflegt!
War für uns der Abschluss unseres 10 Tage Urlaubes. 4 Tage Relaxen! Hat gut funktioniert. Der Hoteleigene Strand ist perfekt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht....(lange Hose ist Pflicht... dunkler Anzug wünschenswert....) das ist für mich antiquiert!! (Publikum ist auch vom Altersschnitt eher Richtung Pension).
