OverAll a Bad Experience
Breakfast was complimentary, but they charge for the few items. Manager over there was not supporting and failed to understand the meaning of complimentary breakfast. no one came to clean the room. wash room was not in working condition on last day, we need to use washroom of neighbouring room. they looks trained for international guests.

Thank you for your feedback, We find it very discomforting that your stay was not pleasant. The food items listed on the Complimentary Breakfast menu are free, however if the guests require an additional items from the Menu they are on additional charge. The rooms are cleaned on daily basis, however on your particular instance it had been requested room to be let they way it is. The moment our team realized that there was some problem in water circulation in the bathroom, you were shifted to the adjacent room.

Well located but poor Wifi connection
Overpriced for facilities offered. Poor Wifi reception.

A nightmare
We arrived there and set to find the hotel, as it was tricky to reach from Mall road and secondly, Tv was not working and we could not watch it, the toilet was not fair enough to be used by a family, rooms without AC & Fans even it was suffocating, no dental kit, nothing fair waste of money
