Brilliant and friendly
Really helpful and friendly owners! Breakfast was great with best poached eggs in a long time at a hotel 👍 thank you.

Lovely short holiday.
Friendly, privately run hotel. Convenient location for shops, pubs and restaurants. A most enjoyable week spent on the IOW

Perfect stay
Perfect stay,room was nice,clean,well equipped. The host was very nice and helpful, excellent location and a very nice breakfast to top it off. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Very friendly and welcoming. Owners went to a lot of trouble to help me with my ferry booking. Good quality food - I had poached egg on toast - very good though I would have appreciated the offer of accompaniments e.g. mushrooms. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Unfortunately the water pressure was low in the shower. I would happily stay there again.

Nice B&B
For the price it was a very nice B&B. The room was adequate but had all I required. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel is situated close to the town and only a short walk to the beach, although the walk is quite steep. The owners are very friendly and happy to help out with information and directions. If I ever need a B&B in Shanklin again I will certainly look for the Braemar again
