This hotel is in a great location. It is clean, the rooms are NOT cramped. Staff are friendly, the breakfast is great. However, I visited during a remodel. Getting in/out of this hotel you have to go up/down several sets of stairs--not good for people with mobility issues.

The staff spoke good English and were very helpful when we needed help. Our room was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping our room full and tidy. My only negative comment (to which the hotel doesn’t have much control over) is the noise at night from cats fighting and making a ruckus. Overall, a nice hotel, with a decent daily breakfast with lots of Turkish choices. Located in a quiet area, but close enough to get to all the sites to explore. Tram station very close as well. I was traveling with two kids (age 8 & 11) and would definitely recommend.

3 bed deluxe room, the room is big and spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet was good The staff were very helpful and polite The only inconvenience was that there were lots of cats and you can sense the smell everywhere.

Das Hotel ist veraltet und nicht zu empfehlen, zu unserem Zimmer mussten wir über einen Hof (steile Holztreppen usw..) in ein Nebengebäude laufen. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit aber das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen und uralt.

The properties location brilliant.. The property its self was ok our delux room no veiw only of a side street....walls are like paper you could hear the rooms next door and above not good....if felt if we was in the basement ..also the reception was a flight of steps going down....a nightmare when you have a few bags...the location was brilliant...

The staff hospitality and services was really amazing. Great place in the middle of the city. All important places are t walking distance. Great view of Bosporus. Отель отличный! сразу по факту: - Расположение отеля в старом городе на достаточно тихой улочке, откуда рукой подать до близлежащих достопримечательностей, - приветливый и внимательный персонал, вызов такси или ещё какие-то пожелания готовы выполнить в любое время, - завтраки были сытные, вкусные, и главное - разнообразнве, - отель ухоженный, чистый, в приятных цветовых тонах, - огромный плюс - это крыша, на которой расположен ресторан под открытым небом с видом на старый город! Нас было 7 человек, и удобно было то, что один из наших номеров был двухкомнатный для троих человек) Лично мое мнение - рекомендую! Всем отличного отдыха в Стамбуле)

Great location. Walking distance (5 minutes) to Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Arasta Bazaar, Mosaic museum, Underground cistern, Topkapi Palace and tram station, airport bus drop off pick up point. The breakfast terrace offered great view of Bosporus and Asia. Per our local guide, the best seafood restaurant was right next door to us. It truly was the best. We had 3 meals there and saw lots of locals there.

Perfect place for central stay
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location, in the heart of everything but nice and quiet too. The only downside was I could hear a lot in the rooms around, such as walking around, TVs and talking. However, that is the only downside. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Car parking was on the street outside and they moved it for us when needed as the streets are small. The breakfast was brilliant! Lots of nice dishes. Plus the views from the terrace couldn’t be any better, you can see Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Bosporus. Best hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The location is great but....The room we were given was in an annex building. It was insanely hot in the room. We had maid service banging on our door all morning even while we were asleep. Walls were thin. We could hear all kinds of construction, babies crying down the hall, the strong smell of cigarette smoke.

L'unica nota positiva era la posizione dell'albergo. Siamo tornati a casa con delle punture di insetti, non voglio immaginare cosa c'era nelle lenzuola. La pulizia era sconosciuta. Camere caldissime, talmente caldo in camera che non si dormiva e non si poteva spegnere il riscaldamento. Inoltre hanno svolto lavori di manutenzione con trapano alle 830 di mattina! inaccettabile!

IT IS CLEAN AND CONFORTABLE HOTEL. STAFF WERE VERY GOOD. BREAKFAST WAS OPEN BUFFET AND A LOT OF MEAKS. ESPECIALLY BOREK WAS VERY DELICIOUS. CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM AND HOT WATER WAS VERY GOOD. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS BATHROOM AND TOILET. NO PRIVACY. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING. THEY SHOULD MAKE WITH BRICK NOT WITH GLASS.

When I came at first the reciptionist gave me bad room and requested to change the room because it was in the basement and it’s windows facing garbage furniture of the hotel , he refused and claimed there is no available room without taking any effort for checking , next day the other reciptionist was very cooperative and changed the room .

Fussläufig viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Reichweite
Waren auf Durchreise und haben Lastminute-Angebot genutzt. Zimmer nicht gerade auf der „Sonnenseite“ aber sonst ok. In Anbetracht des Preises verständlich. Als wir am ersten Abend ins Zimmer zurückkamen war Boden voller Ameisen. Hunderte! Wohnen zuhause auch ebenerdig und passiert ein paarmal im Sommer. Kein Drama! An der Rezeption gebeten es solle jemand mit Staubsauger kommen. Gewartet, gewartet, gewartet... Wir haben uns dann selbst beholfen. Irgendeinmal kam dann jemand, aber ohne Staubsauger. Der versprach uns für nächsten Tag das Zimmer zu wechseln. Davon war am nächsten Tag keine Rede mehr. Egal, Ameisen waren eh keine mehr. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Frühstücksraum mit Aussicht.

Schönes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt
Das hotel ist nur 5 min von der Sultanahmet mosche, wo Mann die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen kann. Auch die Metro Stadtion ist auch nur 5 min entfert. Die zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten, Dusche war sehr schön und Groß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten ( zum Glück ) somit konnten wir das Meer sehen. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und nett, Frühstück war auch ok. Für einen Besuch in der Altstadt würden wir das Hotel wieder nehmen. Nicht zu vergessen, der Frühstücksraum ist oben auf dem Dach und man hat einen schönen Ausblick zum Meer.

Very good option for first time tourist!
We had very little knowledge of Istanbul but we knew many of the historic monuments were in Sultanahmet. So we picked Azade Premier. This place is pricier than some others we saw, but overall our experience was very good and I recommend the place without reservation. I have listed the good and not so good below: Good: - Service is excellent (we ordered food at 2am and the concierge guy placed the order and brought it to our room!) - The front desk guys are helpful and courteous - Breakfast is included and is all-you-can-eat buffet style - Room was clean and includes a small kitchen counter area with an electric tea maker and a small fridge - Bathroom was nice with a heated towel dry rack (commode had a bidet, running water was good and hot water is no problem) - Rooms had a space heater for the colder March weather - There is a safe box with electronic code entry Not so good/stuff you should know: - Breakfast menu stayed the same each day for 5 days for us - Water bottles are 1 euro each which is obviously like in the US but its not local market price (about 50% more); there is also not a lot of water around - Lot of fog early in the morning obscured the view of the Bosphorus from the rooftop (where the cafeteria is) but I'm not sure if this is a winter-only phenomenon (and this is not a negative for the hotel, but it is just something you should know). The fog clears up by mid-day. - There is no iron in each room but is available by calling the front desk
