nice hotel
it was clean and comfortable hotel but in the night I stayed, I heard a woman screaming in the neighborhood(I was staying on the first floor). It seemed the woman was being hit by her man. besides that, everything was nice with good price.

Dear Leila,First of all, thank you for choosing our hotel.As long as you stay, your room was cleaned every day and all your sheets and towels were changed. Even extra spare sheets, pillowcases and towels were provided upon your request. All day my receptionist friends helped with your questions. You did not express any dissatisfaction with our hotel, on the contrary, you stated that you were satisfied. We would have helped you with all our efforts if you had a problem during your stay in our hotel, as you stated (60 kinds of products are taken out for breakfast every day, all materials are changed every day unless you hang a DND card for cleaning). I kindly request you to take into account what has been done while scoring.

not as good as on the photo
This is the worse hotel and it looks nothing like on the photo. I asked for a quite room as I am a light sleeper so they give me a room on the 3rd floor right below the restaurant. I could not sleep at night before someone moved tables and chair all night long. The room itself was very very small and not updated. There was an A/C but the smell was so bad so I kept just the window open. Also, the location is busy and anywhere you go, you need to go up to hill..

Yakup king of the night and the guy on days didn’t get his name very polite and helpful to usc Overall brilliant hotel Great bed great shower good size rooms absolutely brilliant breakfast and breakfast staff Rooms very clean Little things hairdryer for wife not very good Abit noisey car horns 24/7 but that’s Istanbul And abit of a good bad seagulls at breakfast Don’t leave your plate outside or it will be gone But you can eat inside if you want and what comes with well fed birds is you know what hard to clean every time I suppose but breakfast staff did a sterling job

Good hotel for location and price. The "king" room, offered as an alternative to a twin for 2 people was not large and only had a standard double bed but otherwise comfortable.

Managed the basics, but little more.
The hotel is very simple. If all you need is a bed and shower, it's a good value. First the good – the bed was comfortable, the rainfall shower was nice, check-in and check-out was easy, the food at the rooftop breakfast was acceptable and the view of the Sea of Marmara was a lovely way to start the morning. The location was also fine. It's about a 10 minute uphill walk to the Grand Bazaar. Negatives – the room was very tight. We had to squeeze around furniture to get to the far side of the bed. While all of the rooms are non-smoking, we still woke up with our room smelling of cigarette smoke every morning. If you're very sensitive, steer clear. Maybe it was wafting down from smokers on the rooftop terrace? Windows open or closed and A/C on or off didn't seem to make any difference. The WiFi worked fine in the lobby, but was basically non-existent in our room. Staff was also a mixed bag, mostly they were very friendly, but one day, we were waiting for a tour pickup and our driver was a bit late and I asked the front desk if he would call and reconfirm our pickup time. His first response was to demand to know why I hadn't booked the tour through the hotel.

But I want you to know that smoking is strictly prohibited in our rooms. But some of our guests can smoke from glass without our knowledge. When we receive complaints from other guests about this, we warn our guests. You know that it becomes impossible for us to deal with some problematic guests. Das Hotel ist sauber, Personal ganz toll, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Haben meine Mama sehr herzig empfangen. Allgemein bin ich eher enttäuscht, weil die Bilder beim buchen nicht der Realität entsprechen, es sind auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne. Frühstück hat keine Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das gebuchte Hoteltransfer zum Flughafen hat nicht funktioniert, nach 20 min warten würde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel Transfer nicht kommt, stattdessen wurde mir Taxi bestellt. Für einen stressfreien Aufenthalt würde ich es eher nicht empfehlen,

Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sehr schnell reagiert nach unsere Reklamation. Das Hotel befindet sich in der historischen Stadt und ist c.a 20 min zu Fuß entfernt von Sultanahmet, Aya Sofia und viele andere touristische Spots. Das Hotel entspricht aber leider nicht eine 4-Sterne Ausstattung.

We had a nice stay and the rooms are relatively clean. The location is within 12 min walk to tourist areas. One thing to note is that the tram station is uphill so keep this in mind for older people who may have problems walking uphill for 5 min. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the free breakfast had a good variety, the terrace dining area is very nice. Good value for what we paid.

Comfortable hotel in great location.
Everything within walking distance such as the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque and the Cistern as well as many other places to visit. Huge range of choice of dinning close to the hotel. Hotel staff really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and amazing views from the hotel terrace dinning area. I would definately stay at the hotel again.

Ett mycket dålig 4 stars hotell
Vi blev mycket besvikna på hotellets ledning. Vi hade bokat ett rum på 25 m² med vy mot stan men först fick ett rum på 15 m² med vy mot ett litet inne gård med 3 höga väggar runtom, d.v.s. ingen utsikt alls. Protesterades och dagen efter fick ett annat rum på våning 3 men igen på 15 m² men med lite bättre vy. Igen protesterade och visade vad vi har bokat, denna gång dem gav ett familjerum i 2 plan med toalett och dusch i nedre planet och säng i övreplanet, obekvämt verkligen att gå upp och ner från en mycket small spriralltrappa för varje toa besök och dusch. Ändå vi kunde inte vara kvar där för att hotellet behövde detta rum för en stor familj som var släkt med ledningen. So vi var tvungen att flytta för 4:e gången till ett annat rum igen på 15 m² med en hyfsad balkong. Under stark protest i gräns till vansinne dem ville boka ett nytt rum i ett annat hotell som ingår i hotell kedja. Men vi orkade inte alls flytta igen för 5:e gången under så pass korttid och dessutom till annat hotell. Den som var mest sjuk att 2 av dem ansvariga (Nasim och Jakob) kategoriskt förnekade att det inte finns allas rum i detta hotell på 25 m² enl. dem alla är samma storlek, mycket bestämt förnekades. Men en dag på väg ut från rummet såg att dörren till rummet mittemot vårt var öppet och tittade in och konstaterade att detta rum exakt stämde med vårt bokade rum, betydlig mycket större ca 25 m² och vy mot stan. Vi hade bara få dagar kvar och inte värt att igen diskutera med såna ohederliga person

Einfaches sauberes Stadthotel.
Es war ein schlichtes sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal war hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Es liegt in einer Nebenstraße. Zur Strassenbahnhaltestelle Beyazit muss man ca. 600m einen Hügel hoch laufen. Von da aus sind es 2 Haltestellen bis zu Sultanahmet, die man sehr gut zu Fuß laufen kann. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel empfehlen.
