주요관광지주변이라 움직이기는 좋았지만 주변이 모두 유흥가라 새벽까지 너무나 시끄러웠습니다. 또한 방음이 되지 않아 옆방 화장실 사용하는 소리,핸드폰 통화소리도 다 들립니다. 조식 먹을때 만난 외국인들도 4-5성급인줄알고 왔다면서 불평했습니다.

friendly staff and nice view
1. friendly staff : their service is very good. 2. nice view : 4th floor and 5th floor, you can see blue mosque and hagia sophia. it's wonderful! 3. everything is fine, good :) 단점을 굳이 말하자면 1. 시끄러워요 ㅠㅠ 그런데 번화가에 위치해서 어쩔 수 없는 것 같아요 2. 좀 오래된 느낌이 있지만 다 리모델링되었습니다 3. 다른 시설들에 비하여 조식이 다소 부실해요 이스탄불에 다시 가게 된다면 다시 머무르고 싶을 정도로거의 모든 게 완벽했어요 스파는 시간상 이용하지 못했지만 지하에 스파시설도 있습니다

접근성 좋은 위치
호텔 시설은 약간 오래된 편이지만 시설은 청결하였습니다. 아래층에 위치하여 view 는 좋지 않았으며 높은 층에서는 바다가 보이면 좋을것 같습니다. 욕실의 마사지 가능한 욕조는 정말 좋았네요! 시설을 조금 보수하면 더 좋을것 같습니다.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful; making very good recommendations and accommodating our needs. The view from our room was magnificent for we had a view of Hagia Sophia on one side and The Blue Mosque on the other.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was big and very nice, the bathroom was nice but a bit old, maintenance would be advised. Breakfast is good, buffet and you can get extras. The spa is a bit outdated, nice sauna, but the hamman was really cold. Location it is bang right in the middle of a touristic area, i do not recommend the restaurants around the hotel, expensive and not good quality. Well located for walking to the tourist places, I definitely recommend doing a freetour, all other entrances are very expensive. Beware of taxi drivers, they will always charge more even if recommended by the hotel. I would recommend the hotel.

The staff is amazing. They made us feel at home. Rooms quiet with comfortable beds. Several nice restaurants right outside the hotel. 5 mins walking Hagia Sofia and other attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice people, I orders room with bed and sofa, and received only room with bed only! prepare to bring international electric converters, No usb chargers for phone or watches. As all the hotels in this area are close to everything

We were a family of 4 and they accommodated us in a nice and cosy family room. Very helpful and courteous staff. Location is great for accessing the various historical sites like Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. The tram station is also close by. Breakfast was decent. There are many places to eat nearby. We had some of our clothes washed at a reasonable price. There is some loud music that plays at night in the nearby restaurants but the hotel can’t do much about it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the hotel for their hospitality.
