최적의 위치에 있는 호텔!
저는 비수기였어서 그랬는지 가격도 너무 합리적이어서 좋았어요! 공항 버스도 너무 가까이서 내리니 더할나위 없이 좋구요~ 단 호텔 앞에 트램이 지나가서 조금 시끄럽긴 한데, 저는 잠이 쉽게드는 편이라 별로 신경쓰이지 않았어요~ 객실도 넓고 카펫도 아니어서 쾌적하구여. 단, 청소가꼼꼼하게되지는않는것같아요.먼지가좀많이보이네요. 그치만 전반적으로 스탭분들도 친절하고 위치나 시설 모든 면에서 만족스러웠어요. 아! 드라이기가 약간? 청소기 같아요 ㅋ 말리는덴 문제 없지만 여자분들 셋팅하셔야하면 감안하셔야겠어요~

위치,서비스,치안 고려하면 100점
아내와 함께 이스탄불5일 자유여행을 다녀왔습니다. 구시가지쪽에 숙소를 잡고 어디든 걸어서 다닐 계획이었구요. 술탄아흐멧 광장에서 아마 가장 가까운 숙소라고 생각되네요. 아야소피아 성당이 숙소 바로 뒤에 있구요. 위치는 정말 최고였고, 로비,조식,청결,직원들의 서비스도 모두 대만족스러웠습니다. 늘 웃으며, 물어보는 모든 것에 대해 성실하게 답변해줬습니다. 또한 아직까지의 이스탄불의 치안을 고려한다면 더할 나위 없는 좋은 선택이 될 것입니다~^^ (다만, 가격대는 살짝 다른곳 보다 있음)

이스탄불에서 위치와 서비스가 가장좋은 호텔입니다(The Best Hotel)
지금까지 유럽의 수많은 호텔을 이용하였지만 가장 만족도가 높은 호텔입니다. 올드타운 중심의 아주 교통이 편한 호텔입니다. 직원들의 응대는 6성급호텔도 따라오지 못할 정도로 친밀하고 적극적입니다. 호텔방은 업그래이드 되어 충분히 넓었고 무료 와인과 음료과자는 충분하였습니다. 시설은 작은 것도 세밀하게 신경을 쓴 느낌이었고 무료 자전거도 있었습니다. 교통도 편하고 소피아성당, 블루모스크가 바로 근처라 너무 편하였습니다. 주변에는 수퍼와 맛집도 많았고 다른 관광지를 찾아가기에도 좋은 위치였습니다.

서비스에 실망
Check-in할 때, 아침이 불포함 되었다고 하여, 인터넷에선 아침이 포함되지 않는다는 말이 없었다. 그래서 당연히 포함된 가격아니냐고 했지만 포함되었다는 말도 없기 때문에 불포함이라고 함. 속은 기분이 들었음. 그리고 방의 난방기에서 소음이 발생하여 방을 교체했었는데 자기들은 동급이라고 하였지만 교체된 방으로 들어서는 순간 낮은 그레이드의 방이었다. 그래서 동급의 다른 방으로 교체해 달라고 하였지만 자기는 권한이 없으며 계속하여 동급이라고만 함. 한 밤중에 또다시 교체할 수도 없고 해서 그냥 잠. 다음날 아침 다른 메니저에게 항의 했더니 그도 동급 방이라고 주장하여 찍은 사진을 보여주며 동급이냐고 했더니 그때서야 동급의 방으로 교체해 줌. 또한 어제 밤에 있었던 소동에 대한 댓가로 아침을 무료로 주겠다고 했는데 알고 있느냐고 했더니 또 확인하더니 아침은 무료로 제공하겠다고 함. 아무튼 아침 포함 문제도 있고, 방 교체 문제도 있고, 방은 좋고 편안했으나 잘못에 대한 인정과 사과에는 인색했음

I m really pleased with their customer service. I landed in the morning, and they were happy to check me in without any additional charges. When inquired about food place at 4am, the staff literally came with breakfast platter when the kitchen was closed. Reception staffs go extra mile to look after their guests. Even 2 of staffs helped my wife with the luggage and walked to the taxi parking area, as taxis can’t come to the reception area (500 m). I stayed there only for 2 nights, as I had medical appointment, but I wish I could stay there for longer.

This is a wonderful hotel located right in the centre of the Old City. The Hagia Sophia is right next to the hotel and many of the central attractions are within walking distance. There is also a tram stop located a short distance from the hotel. The rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable. Lovely bathrooms with hot water. I had a really great night sleep here. I would suggest having the Turkish breakfast in the morning - a lot of food and all of it tasty, it will set you up for the day. The hotel also offers tea and treats in the afternoon - recommended! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage, explaining how to use public transport or helping you book a tour. I would stay here again, this hotel had a very warm and friendly feel to it.

The staff was great, always helpful with a smile, never make you feel like you are inconveniencing them, felt welcomed, although at some points we had an understandable language barrier, but the message and jokes were communicated easily Reception open 24 hours If you don’t have an itinerary like my wife and I, feel free to ask at the reception, we did almost all the recommendations from private tour, spa, boat cruises and restaurants during our four night stay They also have a lovely breakfast

Ormai è la mia seconda casa quando vengo qui ad Istambul. This boutique hotel is an oasis in a bustling city. Situated beside the Haiga Sofia and the Blue Mosque and the park that is Topkapi Palace and on a main tram line of the city. Perfect location! 20 minute tram from ships terminal. Beautiful rooms and unbelievable breakfast, traditional, highly recommend, and North American.

The staff at this hotel goes over the top to please their guests. Our friends were not staying at the hotel with us because they had reservations elsewhere, but they kept their luggage for them and provided transfer to the airport for them anyway. They made reservations for our group to eat at an amazing roof top restaurant. We had 360 degree views of this amazing city that is breathtaking at night. Great food also! The breakfast in the morning is amazing and given complimentary to the guests. This hotel is awesome!

Had a great stay. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me book dinner reservation and even tours. Some of them being super last minute. Also the location of the hotel was excellent. It could be a little noisy seeing that it’s right across the street from the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. But I didn’t really mind it.

The location is perfect. The staff is the most friendly, helpful and attentive we’ve ever experienced. We were walked to shops, shows, restaurants and accompanied while we shopped. All the recommendations were terrific. We’ve been to almost 90 countries, but we’ve never had this class of attention. Can’t say enough great things about this place. We hope to come back again. BTW, this is my first post despite many bookings with various online hotels.

Hotel with an AMAZING location
We love this hotel and have stayed on several occasions. This hotel is in the most stunning location, and the service is great and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is wonderful and nothing beats hearing the call to prayer each day from your room. Honestly this hotel is one of our favorite things about Istanbul.

This for sure was a gem during my short stay. The hotel is perfectly positioned to easily visit all of the great sites, restaurants and shopping that Istanbul has to office. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were accommodating and friendly. I had to take away one star bec if the sewage odor coming from the toilet. This is probably not the fault of the hotel; however I would suggest utilizing deodorizers to take care of the awful smell.
