There is no Elevate in this building. I had a big bag and my room was a 4 floor.... But It's clear and good place near by

This is small hotel in the sultanhemet area of fatih. It is very quite and our room had sea views. It is convenient for all the main attractions in sultanhemet with the hegia sofia, blue mosque and topaki palace all being a short walking distance. It is convenient for the bazaars as well. The tram system is close too so it is possible to explore further afield if you want to. What i really liked about this hotel was the care the staff gave. Always more than happy to help. Delicious breakfasts with traditional turkish food as well as the usual british breakfasts like cereal or toast. The room was clean and the shower hot and powerful. Although the hotel is surrounded by buzy restaurants it was quite enough for us to get a good nights sleep. It was perfect for us.

The hotel was situated just few minutes from blue mosque. On arrival we had a great welcome coffee and tea and the staff was brilliant. They offered us an airport transfer as well. We would like to say thank you to all staff for their kindness and great servicem we would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fabulous peaceful oasis in Sultanahmet
As I hate having to walk miles to the attractions that are the purpose of visiting a new city, we stayed in the heart of Sultanahmet, the historical area of Istanbul. We chose a small boutique hotel called Divalis Hotel and it was so well hidden our taxi drove past it three times! It was a fabulous base as Hagia Sofia was less than five minutes walk and there were plenty of restaurants within about a minute, all competing for our custom! Service in the hotel was lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast was a wide and eclectic range of dishes from 8 - 10:30. The wifi was decent and our room was a nice size with plenty of storage and power sockets. Although the hotel is on a busy street the double glazing was excellent and once we'd closed the windows it was almost silent.

Хороший экономичный отель
Вполне неплохой отель. Есть очень любопытный номер (101) - в подвале, но со своим как бы "внутренним двориком" (ниша в стене, которая показана на фото), что расширяет площадь номера и невероятно удобно для курящих. Персонал заботливый, есть русскоязычная женщина, очень милая, дающая кучу полезных советов по Стамбулу

Petit hôtel, calme et excellent emplacement. Bon service. La propriétaire ainsi que les jeunes hommes qui y travaillent sont très gentils et serviables. Malheureusement, le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas et il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs dans l'hôtel.

Cheguei no hotel , cheiro muito forte de mofo , subindo conhecer o quarto , cheiro muito forte de mofo , eu com minha esposa e meu filho de 10 meses que acabava de sarar de uma bronquiolite, e eu com alergia a mofo , não me hospedei no hotel , e tive q procurar um outro hotel em Stambul as duas da manhã . Tentei cancelar os dois quartos que reservei e paguei no cartão , não consegui , pois no aplicativo da hotéis.com não da essa opção no dia da estadia , tive que pagar outro hotel , e esse também , gostaria muito de ser restituído , pois não me hospedei .

Tolles Hotel und toller Service
Die Lage des Hotels war super, ich glaub besser geht's nicht. Wir waren sehr nahe dem Zentrum, und doch konnten wir in Ruhe schlafen. Das Personal war super, die Jungs haben uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und sich Zeit genommen mir ein bisschen Türkisch beizubringen =) Die Küche sieht zwar mini aus und wir haben nicht erwartet dass das Frühstück groß ausfällt, aber es hat uns überrascht. Man kriegt alles frisch gekocht in den Teller, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man hat eine große Auswahl.

Knus, easygoing hotel op een fantastische locatie
Dit hotel ligt op een steenworp afstand van de aya sophia en de blauwe moskee....Straat omhoog, 2 bochten om en je bent er! Daarnaast beschikt het over een dakterras met uitzicht over de Bospurus. Beneden een terras aan een levendige (maar zeker niet te drukke) straat met wat eetgelegenheden en kleurrijke winkeltjes. Bij lekker weer kun je hier ook buiten ontbijten. (Roken mag op deze plekken) Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, warm en koud en heb je trek in iets speciaals dan maken ze het graag voor je klaar. Het personeel is behulpzaam en wordt aangestuurd door een warme, gezellige Turkse vrouw die ook wel van een grapje houdt. Voertalen zijn Engels en Turks. Maar ook is er personeel aanwezig wat meer dan 5-talig is. Je wordt voorzien van allerlei tips en adviezen om op jouw eigen manier Istanbul te kunnen gaan ontdekken. Fijn bed met goede matrassen en een heerlijke, altijd warme douche met harde straal. Wij hadden gekozen voor de 'authentic room'. Dit betekende naast een slaapkamer en badkamer nog een fantastische verrassing achter de glazen schuifdeuren....in een nis van een oude stadsmuur was nog een hele knusse zithoek gemaakt met authentieke tapijtenstof en kussentjes! (zie foto website)!! Zowel het hotel, de ligging en onze kamer hebben ons 9 daags verblijf fantastisch gemaakt...maar het was vooral de warmte, de makkelijke omgang en gezelligheid van het personeel wat alles "af" maakte.

One of the best places to stay in Istanbul!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, literally five minutes walk away from Sultanahmet mosque, and thats where literally all the places are nearby which are Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace. Also the grand bazaar was about 15-20 minutes walk as well from this hotel. That's one of the best things about this place, the location is ideal. Even the markets and shops around the hotel were great too, and were reasonably priced in comparison to the more popular tourist places like the grand bazaar where it was way more expensive. The staff, especially the receptionist (from the morning shift especially) were extremely friendly and cooperative. Also the breakfast buffet in the mornings were great too, and had a large variety of food to eat from. Especially the turkish chai and su boregi (turkish cheese pastry) that they made were so good! The room was perfect too, and was of good size and very comfortable and clean. The only issue I had of the place was there are no elevators, only stairs. So think twice about bringing heavy luggage. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay!

Grazioso hotel in pieno centro storico
Esperienza assolutamente fantastica, l'hotel si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla moschea blu e santa Sofia. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale, ambiente familiare. La camera è molto carina e pulita, la colazione nella piccola hall ricca e variegata (soprattutto salata come da tradizione turca) , oltre ad essere molto buona.

Buyer beware. Rooms is not accurate. On the fifth night, there was No water for shower, flushing a toilet, brushing your teeth, and we checked out two days early. I rate this hotel poorly because of their dishonesty. The room safe did not work, and there was one station on the TV. Booked the Jr. Suite, our room was not available, they overbooked, so got a standard room on the fifth floor. the Jr. Suite is in the basement of the hotel. We paid 89 euros a night. Checked out two nights early. The final straw was when there was no water.I even got Hotels.com involved. All of a sudden the woman who runs the place and spoke english when we arrived fine, now acted confused and her english disappeared. Dont us airport shuttle service. The dishonesty and "hustle" attitude of the hotel is why I gave them a poor rating. The whole foot print of the hotel is likely 15 - 16 feet across and maybe 30 feet deep. So there is no rooms that come close to 450 sq. st. To be fair,The 3 deluxe rooms, are maybe 250 sq. ft and would be very nice. The standard rooms less than 200 sq.The location good, room clean, bed firm. Assuming you have water service. Management said "It is a water problem in the area", then Later they said no water problem.The dishonesty, hustle and facade of warmth that disappears when issues come up, gives it a poor rating. Lots of other hotels in the area, try another and dont risk lack of water.

perfect location
1ST AND FOREMOST, because of confusing autumn time change in Turkey, we would have missed our departing flight had it not been for the persistent staff. Many thanks. Concierge-like staff did very well in helping us plan our outings as well. Always felt safe! Room itself very pleasant.

Cute boutique hotel
It's a cute boutique hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The location is outstanding. Everything that you want to see/do/try is in the walking distance. We had the cave room. It is very unique but has a cave-like smell. But we got used to the smell and liked the option of being able to sit outside. The owners are extremely nice and will always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They got us a transit pass, a free pashmina, and lots of hospitality and care. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend.

Fantastisk beliggenhet
Flott opphold. Fantastisk beliggenhet i forhold til alle severdigheter. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Helt grei frokost etter størrelsen på hotellet og rent og pent overalt. Det eneste negative var at vi hadde bestilt en suite på 45 kvadrat meter men rommet var kun på ca 25 kvadrat. Og det enda da de sa ved ankomst at de hadde oppgradert rommet vårt. Lurer på hvordan vårt opprinnelige rom ville ha sett ut? Synd at de averterer med så store rom når det ikke er det for rommene i seg selv er veldig fine og koselig innredet.Dette er blitt påpekt tidligere av andre og ble derfor ikke veldig skuffet.

Great location - wonderful staff
We were made welcome and comfortable during our stay. The staff was friendly, informative and helpful, Two blocks to the Haia Sophia and a 10 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar.

Four nights in Istanbul
Hotel is in a great location, only a couple of blocks from the Blue Mosque. I stayed in the room on the lobby level. It was very loud, and a little smaller than advertised. I'd be curious to know what the other rooms were like. The room was clean and in good working order. The hotel staff was very accommodating.

Amazing first visit to Istanbul
Read had read all the reviews, we were not let down, excellent staff, location and facilities. Service was with a smile, wiliness to assist whenever asked, great breakfast and a great place to relax for a coffee. On two occasion we arrived back to the hotel after midnight, they were waiting up for us. We went on an overnight side trip and they were happy to store our main bags over night free of charge, allowing us to travel light, plus had the bag in the room when we arrived back from the trip. The staff provided us with some shopping pointers, where to go and how to get the best prices. Totally recommended this Hotel

Excellente adresse
Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de Sainte-Sophie et de la mosquée bleue. Chambre à la propreté impeccable et salle de bain idem. Accueil charmant et attentionné (avec un petit cadeau pour les dames ...). Petit déjeuner évoquant plus la pension de famille que le standard hôtelier européen mais excellent. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, une adresse hautement recommandable.
