젊은 주인 내외분(?)친절하셨고 방도 쾌적했으며 시설도 좋은 편이었어요. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔고 2박 중간에 수건도 갈아주셔서 좋았어요. 생각보다 호텔규모가 매우 작았는데 엘레베이터도 안전하다고 느꼈고 조식도 맛있었어요. 바쁜 일정 때문에 제대로 못 먹은게 아쉬워요. 사비하 공항가는 셔틀도 10유로에 예약해주셔서 편히 코앞에서 타고 갈 수 있어 좋았어요. 트램도로 근처여서 밤 늦게도 크게 위험하단 생각 안들었어요. 구시가지에 묵는다면 재숙박 의사 100%에용.

깨끗하고 위치상 최적
시르케지 역에서 도보 2분 거리로 구시가지 어느 곳으로도 접근성이 좋습니다. 호텔 룸 크기와 침대 사이즈는 작은편이나 깨끗하고 아늑한 느낌을 줍니다. 다만, 5층이상이 아니면 뷰는 좋은 편은 아닙니다.(저는 참고로 3층) 아침식사는 정갈하고 맛이 깔끔해서 아주 만족스럽습니다. 또한 체크아웃시에 주신 작은 선물에 감동받았습니다.

청결한 객실과 편리한 위치~
이스탄불의 첫숙소였는데 위치가 올드타운의 중심지 보다 더 좋았어요~ 왜냐하면 술탄아흐멧역과 에뮈네뉴의 중간에 있어서 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있었거든요. 바다 근처까지 걸어가기도 쉬웠고 술탄아흐멧까지 걸어가기도 좋았어요. 만약 올드타운의 중심지였다면 갈라타타워까지 걷지 못하고 교통수단을 이용했겠지요. 조식도 간소하나 맛있었고 청결했고 스탭도 친절했구요. 참 좋은 숙소였어요^^

Die Zimmer waren für die Gegend Sirkeci recht groß und gut eingerichtet. Was mich genervt hat an diesem Hotel war der Aufzug der 10 Jahre gebraucht hat um zu kommen und die Zimmertür die jedesmal aufs neue die Karte nicht erkannt hat. Unser Zimmer war im 6. Stock weshalb ich jedesmal nachdem ich kurz ins Zimmer wollte immer runterlaufen und die Karte umtauschen musste, was mega viel Zeit und nerven gekostet hat, weil eben auch der Aufzug sehr langsam war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber hat gereicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett. Ich habe das Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, was mich gewundert hat war, das man wirklich den Kopf aus dem Fenster rausstrecken musste um das Meer zu sehen, hätte es anders erwartet.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral und auch sehr hygienisch! Jedoch gibt es für die Fastenzeit keine Möglichkeit Sahur zu machen in einem muslimischen Land und obwohl Frühstück inklusive ist. Das Personal war zum größten Teil freundlich.

Biz iki kız arkadaş olarak geldiğimiz için merkezi olması ve güvenilir olması bizim için çok önemliydi. Yürüyerek kolaylıkla her yere ulaşılabildik, toplu taşıma araç seçenekleri de oldukça fazlaydı etrafta. Gündüz çalışan iki beyfendi çok yardımcı oldular ve hep güler yüzle karşılandık. Wir sind zufrieden.
Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage und sehr zentral. Es war alles sauber und die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet. Man bekommt jeden Tag neue Handtücher und Wasser. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich besonders Husseyin an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Great overall stay
I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel fist of all, a big thank you to all those that work at this hotel, extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating. The hotel is in fairly good condition , I would change shower heads and faucets in this hotel, toilet bidet leaked from the bottom of the toilet, so the hotel does need some minor maintenance, other wise, great stay and excellent location. I will for sure be staying here next time I am in Istanbul in hopes that some maintenances are taken care of.

Worth for the cost paid
Cleanliness : The cleanliness was satisfactory. The balcony was a bit dirty but it didn't matter because it was small and you won’t walk out often. Ease of visit : We just stayed two nights and it was very easy for us to visit the attractions on the European side of Istanbul (we went through the attractions on foot). Food : Breakfast was plenty options for the food and drink, which was out of our expectations. Staff : The staff was nice and arranged the transit for us that makes our journey efficient.

Hotel location was great! Staff was also great. We were disappointed to learn there was no elevator to our floor and had to walk up the curvy staircase with our luggage and me with my bad knee.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to so many amazing restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Husain went above and beyond! We were at the very top room that has an amazing view. There are many small steep steps to get to the room; luckily there is an elevator. We had a great stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here about 8 years ago, and decided to do so again. Great location, walking distance to numerous wonderful sites; Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Egyptian Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, etc. Rooms are nice, comfortable bed. Staff are very attentive. And tons of food options all around.

Het gaat hier om een kleinschalig hotel met 4 verdiepingen. Kamer wat wij hadden was wel de kleinste. 2x 1persoonsbed en 1x 1 persoonsslaapbank. Ideaal voor 3 personen die van minimalistisch houden. Dus mocht je ruime vrijheid en de luxe van bewegingsruimte willen hebben in een hotelkamer, dan is dit niets voor u. Je komt via een rustig terrasje binnen, klein receptie waar ze je vriendelijk en vooral met respect te woord staan. Er is een lift die vanaf 2e verdieping gebruikt kan worden. Ondanks dat je voor je ontbijt naar de kelder moet, hebben ze een standaard open Turks ontbijt, wat met liefde en in hygiënische omgeving wordt aangeboden. Na een vullende ontbijt, kan je via de Marmaray metrolijn station Sirkeci die werkelijk waar op 60 meter afstand om de hoek staat. Of je kan de tram die op 200 meter afstand staat, of een desgewenst ferry boot aan Eminönü nemen wat op 400 meter afstand staat om İstanbul te ontdekken!! Hotel Elanaz staat in de drukke wijk Sirkeci maar je laat de drukte achter zodra je voor de deur staat van je hotel. Er is 24 uur personeel aanwezig. Voor toeristen zijn ze hulpzaam om advies te geven over plekken wat je wilt bezoeken. Ze hebben ook folders staan voor een tour of dergelijke, maar wordt niet aangesmeerd of zo. Kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt, komen alleen naar binnen als er niemand aanwezig is. Ik had niet de behoefte om te kijken of ze een kluis hadden, dus weet dit niet. Istanbul bezoeken? Elanaz boeken! Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Hôtel très bien situé vous pourrez tout faire à pied ou en tramway. Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil je recommande cet hôtel nous y reviendrons ;)

Loved that all of the main attractions and so many restaurants and shops were just a short walking distance from the hotel and that continental breakfast was offered on a daily basis. Rooms were super clean and cleaned on a daily basis, water pressure in washrooms was amazing, and loved that it was right by public transit as well. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Hotel was well located, however the rooms require work / update. While clean flooring is in terrible shape along with furniture. Reception is very helpful and the hotel breakfast is non existent.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Ubicato in una zona centrale ben collegata. Defilato dalla strada più trafficata risulta essere silenzioso grazie anche al buon isolamento delle finestre. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

We loved the staff who were all extremely welcoming and friendly as well as helpful. I cannot say enough about this most hospitable group of people who treated us as family!
