너무나 불친절한 호텔입니다. 특히 데스크 직원의 불친절은 시골 여인숙보다 못한 수준입니다. 예약을 자기들 편한데로 변경하는 등 불편함이 말할 수 잆이 많았습니다.

The hotel facilities were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to help out with any accommodations. The area is central or close to many locas famous spots. The only thing is traffic always around the area but that is Istanbul's thing everywhere.
