The hotel location is very convenient and near transportation, shopping, supper market and restaurants around Taksim and Istiklal. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money.

This hotel location is everything! It is 5 minutes walk from the havaist bus which brings us to/from the airport. And it’s less than 10 minutes walk to Taksim Square where all the fun is! Hotel staff is friendly. Variety of breakfast selection is provided and restaurant is very well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel.

your checkout is very rude, time to checkout was at 12pm and the lady was rude and showed up 11:45am and was very disrespectful. I will not come to your hotel again and will not recommend it either.

Decent hotel, excellent for family of 4. Very close to Taksim square. Friendly staff. Excellent value. However, I would rate this as 3 or 3+ start hotel not 4 star.

Die Reservierung über Expedia wurde nicht gefunden. Expedia hat auch nicht besonders viel weitergeholfen. Einrichtung alt, nicht sauber, Hotelgäste sehr speziell und laut. Frühstück sehr mau. Einzig gute ist die Lage und das Personal war immer sehr nett und bemüht.

Je suis arrivé bien avant mon check-in le réceptionniste c’est montrer très désagréable me faisaient attendre 7h à la réception pour une chambre malgré que je lui propose une compensation. La literie est super rigide on sent les ressorts. L’hôtel est très bien situé.
