Personal ist sehr freundlich und interessiert einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel anzubieten. Das Deluxe Zimmer hatten einen perfekten und einzigartigen Ausblick auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten! Unser Zimmer befand sich im 7. Stock und war ca. 30m2 groß mit einem Zustellbett für eine 3. Person. Die zwei großen Fenster sind vom Bett aus direkt auf die Sehenwürdigkeitej gerichtet und ein Traum! Im Bad gab es zudem ein Whirlpool welches einwandfrei funktionierte mit Massagefunktion! Kleinen Abzug gibt es für die nicht so einwandfreie Säuberung sowie fehlenden kleinen Accessoires in einem Deluxe Zimmer. Hotel liegt sehr zentral und direkt vor den Anlegestellen der Boote sowie nur 5 Minuten vom Hagia Sophia oder dem Bazar. Hotel ist von überall aus zusehen und direkt über der Zugstation Sirekci!

A small hotel with amazing service.
The staff at the hotel were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Located in a good area to explore Istanbul from. Did have a little trouble finding it initially as it's on a tiny road which was easy to miss but on ringing the hotel someone came to find us! (I did ask his name but unfortunately I've forgotten but it started with Z, thanks Z) Amazing views from the breakfast terrace.

Das schönste an der Unterkunft war der 7. Stock. Man hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf ganz Istanbul, jedoch war der Service dementsprechend. Die Rezeption war sehr gut, doch der Service im 7. Stock katastrophal. Man wurde entweder vergessen, erhielt eine falsche Bestellung oder das Essen, welches auf dem Menu zum Anbieten war, war nie vorhanden. Nur der zuständige Chef im 7. Stock mit dem Anzug war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ansonsten ein sehr gutes Hotel doch der Service ist verbesserungswürdig.

Es hat praktisch keine Aussichtsmöglichkeit bis zu den mittleren Stockwerken - jedoch gibt es im 7. Stock eine tolle Lounge mit wundervollem Ausblick, toller Musik und Drinks. Im Hotel gibt es keinen Alkohol, vermutlich augrund des Respekts ggü. der Moschee gleich nebenan. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber und das Personal höflich.

Location is great. Rooms are small and not fantastic. You can hear the people in the next door rooms. One lift which only fits 4 people at one time. Breakfast is not worth the money. The fridge was not working in my room and I could find any channels on the tv in English. Other than that, we were only there for the weekend and were barely in the room. The service is great and all the staff were really friendly.

I paid my reservation in advance when I got to the hotel they told me they overbooked and that I had no room, we where a group of 19 that only I had to stay in another hotel, after fighting they put me up for 1 night in another hotel, and the 2 other nights in the Glamour and they apologized and reimbursed me that night. After all the hotel is nice cozy and near everything, the staff nice and they go the extra mile. They nickname me LINDA haha

Nice hotel close to the main attractions of the old city.Many parts of the hotel were in decorating work so not to happy about that.Many problems with wifi.Friendly staff and good food though.

This hotel was horrible in every way possible. Definitely ruined the last part of our trip. The only good thing about it is the location as it is right next to the Sirkeci tramway stop. I dont even know where to begin! The walls are not insulated whatsoever and you can literally hear everything going on outside the walls of the room. We had the noisiest neighbors on our floor and they would bang the doors so loud and their kids would run and scream and make all kinds of noises. When the people above us would flush the toilet, you could hear the water as if it was pouring down into our room. It was disgusting. The room itself is as big as a matchbox. It fits the bed, and enough space for one human to walk around two sides of the bed. The third side of the bed is against the wall and the fourth side, near the window, is so tight not even a child could walk through. The blankets they provide are so thin it felt like i was trying to cover myself with a kitchen tissue. The “view” they rave about is actually not all that great. Its not a clear view of the sea which is why i paid extra to get this room. They only have ONE IRON ! One !!!!!! We had to constantly ask them for it repeatedly and they would come knocking on our door early in the morning to take it as “other guests needed it” while when we asked them to get it from other guests to use it, they said they cannot as they dont want to wake them up!!! We had to repeat our casual clothes over and over because we could not get ah

The hotel location is very good but the room I had it tells that with sea view and barely I could see the view even though it a triple room, the beds are comfortable but we had one sofa bed which was uncomfortable for my 5 years old child and the room was small. The breakfast is ok the staff are good, but overall I don't think it was worth that money but it is nice hotel

Glamour hotel - fantastic location for all the sights, and surprisingly quiet when in the room. Bed was extremely comfortable and had no problem sleeping. In general, bit rough round the edges, not 100% glamourous, but clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

Best location easy excess to all area , Blue mosque ,Basilica Cistern,haghia sopia, Egyptians spice bazaar,grand bazaar and also palace.i was so lucky that the tram stop was front of the hotel,and also red bus nearby. I just had bed and breakfast and otherwise there are plenty restaurants nearby I had no problem. Turkish are so nice.

Greetings, I hope you are doing well. Firstly I would like to say that, I did not enjoy my stay at Glamour Hotel. It is very small, not like the pictures. The lobby is barely there so is the kitchen. The elevator is very slow and very flawed. Many rooms have a very bad view. Some of the staff are nice and helpful while others have a very bad attitude. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Glamour Hotel for anyone nor will I ever stay there again. Regards, Ahmad El Rajab

Für kurzaufenthalte und sightseeingsuchende ideal
Super zentral gelegenes Hotel, in den oberen Etagen tolle Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder kommen! Jedoch beim Suchen des Hotels sollte man wissen dass die Straße eher ein Durchgang als eine Straße ist.
