서비스 좋아요. 첫 여행이라 잘 모르는 상황에서 걱정 많이 했는데 호스트의 친절함에 감동 받았습니다. 아침도 양호합니다 술탄아흐멧 근처 숙소에서 이정도 금액에 이정도 아침이면 충분히 좋은 숙소라고 생각해요. 일단 서비스가 좋습니다 다만 방 위치에 따라 와이파이 신호가 좀 다르더라구요 안잡히는건 아닙니다!! 무튼 좋습니다 만족해요!

예민하지않으시면 위치는 좋아요
사원에서 나오는 소리때문에 간간히 시끄럽긴하지만 예민하지않으면 괜찮아요 주변에도 볼거리가 많아서 위치능 짱입니당. 소매치기 주의하세요.. 엄청 많습니당 저듀 당함..ㅠ

공항 무료 셔틀서비스는 잘못된 정보입니다. 아주 작은 호텔이라 셔틀 같은 건 운영할 능력이 못 됩니다. 입지는 이스탄불 관광지구 중심에 아주 좋으나, 새벽에 사원에서 나오는 기도 소리로 시끄러울 수 있습니다.

구시가지 내에 있는 새로 생긴 호텔로, 아야소피아에서 5분거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 객실은 매우 청결하며, 레스토랑도 작지만 아침을 해결하기엔 아주 좋았습니다. 컨시어지 직원도 매우 친절하며, 주변에 괜찮은 레스토랑도 많습니다. 새벽부터 들리는 아잔소리가 인상적이었습니다.

Sehr zentral gelegenes kleines aber sehr feines Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich un hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Hagia Sophia und er Blauen Moschee entfernt.

Great Hotel in a fantastic location. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. We were alteady in the best room for our family so didnt need an upgrade, there was also a big bottle of red wine in our room as we are VIP members. Would highly recommend this hotel for thr location and the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was very good, so many choices.

Great location and helpful front desk, however we had problems with our room. We were placed in the basement unit, it felt like we were basically sleeping outside because we could hear everything from the street and restaurant around us, we were there for 4 nights and we slept for maybe 2-3 hrs each night because of how noisy it was. They were also doing construction work across from the hotel so that also contributed to the loud factor. The kitchen was also filled with ants and the staff said they can’t do anything about it as it is a very old building so that was disgusting. Cleaning service was also not done well, they’d only come change the towels and do the bed, didn’t get garbage bags or clean anything else. Also found it odd that the bathroom didn’t have toiletries just hand soup. Overall, if you’re able to switch rooms and not stay in the basement, please do that otherwise you won’t be getting any sleep.

Nous avions payé un supplément pour avoir une chambre Standard. Celle qu'on nous a attribuée est une chambre Economique, et nous ne le savions pas. Nous avons eu la chambre 205, avec moche vue et sans rideaux blancs aux fenêtres, juste des tentures pas assez couvrantes. Le lit (pas très confortable), qui ne laissait pas d'espace pour circuler sur un des côtés. Nous avons patienté et ensuite demandé de nous changer de chambre, qu'on a fini par nous accorder, à titre exceptionnel (!) parce que l'hôtel était full (?), comme nous disait le manager. La chambre attribuée était bien celle qui devait nous être donnée dès le départ, une Standard ! La 302, une double standard avec balcon (comme indiqué dans les images sur le site et la description de la chambre) était occupée avant nous par une jeune femme seule ... Cherchez l'erreur. Nous ne voulons pas penser qu'on a essayé de nous entourlouper, mais payer un supplément pour être déclassé ... et faire la fine bouche quand on réclame, alors que c'était dans notre droit ... Normalement nous devons être remboursés pour les deux jours en économique. Points positifs : le personnel du petit déjeuner et ménage est poli et souriant. L'hôtel décoré avec style et chaleureux. La salle du petit déjeuner charmante avec sa cour attenante. Le petit-déjeuner très correct mais le café est de l'eau ... Proximité à - 5 minutes à pieds des lieux historiques. Rue calme. Mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel.

Location is near the Mosques - Agia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and aqueducts. The street is lined with restaurants and carpet shops. The tram depot is near the mosques. You can take the tram to get anywhere in the city including the ferries to the "Asian" side of the Bosphorous. The staff is attentive and helpful. The cost is minimal compared to American Chain Hotels in the area.

Super Nice Stay
We loved this hotel. Our room was really nice. The building is old but our room was large, clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better in an area with lots of restaurants and shops. It is close walking distance to the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in a central party of the city. Everything is in walking distance and easy to get to. Lots of dining and shopping places around. The hotel shows its age. The best part of the hotel is the wonderful staff. They had a solution for any challenge.
