Onhygienisch en verouderd hotel geen enkel personeel te vinden enkel bij de receptie! Lijkt wel een spookhuis!! Enige plus punt is de locatie.

Front Lobby smoke smell: Front desk personal was smoking outside the door before I stepped in and whole lobby had smoking smell inside. I did complain to the front desk personal as soon I stepped in. Elevator was dirty. Carpet in the hallways was dirty. Bathroom floor was not clean and shower floor had disgusting marks on the floor. This lead me to leave this hotel. I stayed in the room for 5 minutes and then left the hotel and went on to search for a good hotel on the foot. I spent 3 hours to find a good place because everything else was completely booked. I had very bad experience with INNTEL HOTEL and had to walk around the whole area to find one good hotel for almost 3 hours. I was totally exhausted by the time I found a good hotel but was happy that finally I found something which was better and up to my expectation. I ended up paying $250/night (this was price was for walk in customers and hotel was totally booked but they did have one corner room available) at the The Marmara Taksim (very nice and clean hotel). Please take INNTEL HOTEL off of your list. This hotel is nowhere close to any other hotels I stayed during my trip. I’ll not recommend this hotel to other travelers. I moved out right away after stepping in this hotel. This hotel was very hard to find out too. No one in the area new this hotel and google map direction was not leading to this hotel. Name of the hotel was not clearly visible. I had to spend long time to find this hotel.

I booked for a freind of mine and this is his review The property was nice and clean. End review Because i used my card to book tjis hotel for my friends didn't like that they made 2 attempts on my credit card even though i specifically chose for them to pay at the property. The first attempt was on the day i booked their stay and the second was the day of arrival ( i informed them that they'll be late to arrive) they tried to withdraw the total amount before they arrived. Thanks God they failed because i didn't transfer enough funds to my card. Both times i reached out to the property and got no response. That was extremely unprofessional and wrong

Staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfect if you want to stay in Taksim- 6mins away from Taksim square. Breakfast had minimal options however I enjoyed my five day stay

Ahmet Bey, Odalarımızın balkonlu olduğunu nereden çıkardınız. Zaten öyle bir özellik yok. Şanslıyız ki ayrıca plaj veya havuzun yokluğundan yakınmamışsınız. Banyo wc orta hallli ne demek acaba, doğrusu sizi anlamak güç. Otelimizin yakınında ahşap bir ev bulunmamaktadır. Vasat olan sanırım sizin görüşleriniz.

المكان سيئ للغايه و لايتطابق مع صور الموجودة في صفحه الفندق مساحه الغرفه صغيرة جداً ودورة المياة غير نضيفه وصغيرة جداً وكان هناك مغلفات سكر مفتوحة وسليبر الموجود مستخدم من قبل وطلبت من المدير الفندق ان يغير غرفتي وابلغني هاذة اجمل وانظف غرفة املكها وبناء على ذالك لم استطع ان اقيم في المكان الا ليلة واحدة فقط لسوء المكان و النظافة والموقع

只住了一晚，十分可惜。在istanbul住了共六晚不同酒店，這間絕對是喜出望外。 房間不貴，在taksim附近，走5分鐘左右到metro station。我們剛到時早上七點多，因為坐完通宵車，十分疲憊（非常！完全睡不到的一晚），酒店職員非常幫忙，而且更邀請我們吃早餐，真的非常親切。 房間一進去，非常乾淨！空間感十足！wifi是我17天在土耳其不同酒店收得最好的一晚！ 早餐非常好吃，種類非常多。 再到istanbul一定會再次入住！

The hotel was so close to the main shopping town, staff are so nice and responsive to what you need.... breakfast was really nice and so many choices... highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to come to see Istanbul.

Great Hotel
We went there for a 3 night stay. Hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from Istiklal street which was the focus of our trip. Room service was on point. Front desk staff were always cheerful and serve with a happy smile. Breakfast was good and tasty.

Bij aankomst kregen we niet direct een kamer, ondanks we eerder contact hadden met het hotel via de telefoon en er werd aangegeven dat dit geen probleem was. We kwamen rond 8 uur aan en pas om 13:00 mochten we naar binnen. Na binnenkomst viel het bed onwijs tegen en de kamer was behoorlijk verouderd. In de nacht leek het alsof de gasten die op de gang stonden te praten bij ons op kamer waren. Na 1 nacht hebben we ook een ander hotel geboekt want het was enorm teleurstellend.

Dear Anonymous Guest, We never promise to check in at 8 am as our check in time is at 2pm. However if the rooms are ready we always let our guests to check in early. But the other guests still in their rooms, how can we give you a room and why you angry for that?
