Dear Guest, We are happy that you save your time and made a comment about our hotel. And our breakfast usualy good but sometimes according to number of rooms we prepare dishes instead of open buffet. But still our attendant always ready to serve some omelette or any other warm staff . Sorry for unlucky experiment . Wish you the best regards Thanks

Dear Guest , We are very sorry that you faced some chain problems during your stay.We find very useful your comments to fix some services in our hotel.The bed are already changed with softer form in your room that you mentioned . Internet problem was a common one for all neighbour buildings on our street because of wire renovation at our location which is already solved by fiber cables. We are also deeply sorry about breakfast was another temporary issue that already solved by richer service by open buffet . Also we changed our satelite system that you could reach more then thousand English channels all around the world.
