One of the best lodging experiences we have had in our 5 years of continuous traveling the world. Staff and hotel manager were great and accommodating. Room and view was a pleasant surprise with a roof top balcony. Easily able to walk to all sights.

ヘンナホテルを選んで本当に良かったです。家族4人でファミリースタジオスイートに宿泊しました。 旧市街のとても便利の良いところにあり、観光の拠点に最適でした。アヤソフィア、スルタンアフメドモスク、港など旧市街観光は徒歩と路面電車ですぐにご子でもアクセスできます。 施設もとてもきれいで、シャワーも快適でした。私たちが泊まった部屋は部屋にルーフバルコニーがあり、360度の素晴らしい景観でした。部屋だけではなくホテル全員が自由に行ける屋上もあるので、そこからの景色も最高です。 また、翌日朝出発が早く朝食が食べれないことを伝えると、その分もしよければ今日の朝食（朝ついたので）を代わりに自由に食べてくださいとおすすめしてくれました。ホテルの方々がとても気遣って下さり、アットホームで心温まるとても素敵なスタッフの皆さまでした。 ありがとうございます！

Everything about our stay was lovely! To include the room, staff, breakfast, and view from the rooftop terrace. Would love to stay here again, just in a room not facing the street. The hotel is in a very convenient location to all Europe-side attractions, however it is on a street that is very busy with bars and restaurants so you do get a lot of noise coming in during evening hours even with the windows shut. Overall, the stay was still very pleasant and met all of our needs.

The staff, in general, and the front desk personnel, specifically, were helpful, knowledgeable, and concerned of our arrival, departure, and experience in Istanbul. The location was walking accessible to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and numerous attractions. The hotel rooftop afforded a panoramic view of the city, the Bosphorus, Galata, and the Asian land mass across the Bosphorus. Our room was comfortable, clean, updated, afforded partial views of the mosques, and despite overlooking a busy, one way cobble stoned street, was remarkably quiet. Manager and host Ali and his staff were outstanding and rightfully proud of their hospitality and location. We had an outstanding experience in Istanbul, which began and ended with our stay at the Henna Hotel.

So happy with staff and location!
I was travelling alone in Istanbul for a few days before heading to a different hotel for work. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at the hotel. Ali, the manager was absolutely amazing!! The day I arrived, an Uber driver tried to double charge and Ali came out and helped me through it. He also noticed I was alone at breakfast and asked if I wanted some photos on the rooftop. All the photos were fantastic and I’m so glad he offered! He also helped me figure out an itinerary, loaned me his tram card and followed up with me throughout the day in case I had questions! There was another man who was working at 1am when I got home and he had to come out and help me with a cab driver who was trying to rip me off. I cannot thank him enough too for supporting me with that! I wish I could remember his name, but I can’t. We had a lovely conversation over some tea after. Never once did I feel not comfortable at the hotel because the employees were so warm and welcoming. The hotel is also a really fantastic location and is easily walkable to a lot of the major tourist spots. It’s maybe 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram station too, so you can get around well. The rooftop had such a phenomenal view too! Room was a bit small, but I only was there to sleep, so it really didn’t matter! Old town is definitely the best place to stay in Istanbul if you want to feel like you’re in Istanbul!

This hotel is herby highly recommended. Exceptionally pleasant, with a helpful staff ! The best service, clean, neat and modern. Henna hotel has an absolutely fantastic location and a roof terrace with a360 degree city and sea view. 5 minutes walk to everything and a lovely breakfast buffet. We promise to come back :-)

A lovely newly refurbished charming spot in the heart of the old section of town.. The modern room is cozy, clean and comfortable. I'm enjoying the shower with great water pressure.The staff has been most helpful in organizing my transportation from the airport .Super staff...Sema has been helpful and attentive as has the house manager.I requested some extra hangers that were promptly delivered. The location is perfect. looking forward to a Turkish breakfast that is included in the price of the room.

Excellent Hotel
Henna Hotel is excellent in almost all the aspects and service is out of this world. If you are light sleepers like us, please request for room that is not facing the street (entrance) as directly opposite the hotel is a PUB and playing loud music until early hours of the morning.

Magnifique séjour dans ce très bel hôtel parfaitement situé près de tout !!! Le personnel est très sympathique et le patron de l’hôtel nous a donné spontanément d’excellents conseils pour notre séjour. From the first minute we walked in we were greeted with tea, and a warm person to check us into the hotel. She give us a map and suggestions of places not to miss along with the best times to visit all the locations. The staff greeted us every time we walked in & was available at all times to answer questions and help with transfers and reservations. The room although not large was quiet and comfortable. The best part is the Roof TOP!! We were encouraged to use the roof "room" as an extension of our room & we did!! The view is outstanding, with a panorama view of the river and both mosques. There is comfortable couch like seating all around and tables. The weather had just started to change, so they were not serving breakfast up there- but welcomed us to bring up our food- which we did every morning! The other secret is the location, walk able to every where- really!! Restaurants abound right out the door. Even met the owner, very helpful, he spent time talking with us and giving us extra hints about the city! We loved our stay!

Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. Friendly and helpful management. The room was very nice….and the rooftop views were amazing. Perfect location to be able to walk to all the big attractions!

Stunning property - amazing view from the roof deck where you dine on a wonderful buffet breakfast. The design and build quality of this hotel is 5 stars. The manager Ali is a master of customer service. Our room initially was at the front of the building facing the street but the loud music from local restaurants robbed us of sleep. Ali next day immediately moved us to a very quiet and beautiful room at the rear with a lovely garden outlook. He is a super nice guy! We would stay here again.

Love our stay at the henna hotel Istanbul! The room is on the smaller side but that is to be expected in a big city. Staff is very accommodating and super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is awesome! And the view on their terrace is super! Walking distance to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia as well … quite perfect ;)

Amazing location, friendly staff and beautiful terrace. Room was spacious with breathtaking views. From the cleaning lady to the servers and the receptionist, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our Hostess was excellent and the staff also. Henna Hotel was perfect for us. The hotel was cozy, comfortable, clean, lovely and safe. It was convenient to walk to our tours, to dinners and shops. Every morning we sat on the terrace with a beautiful view enjoying the most wonderful traditional breakfast! Thank you all for your generous hospitality!
