Firstly it is impossible for wait 30 minutes. At the reseption there is a someone for 24 hour. Yes that is right you are lying because you said you booked balcony room but you had reservation to deluxe room which one doesn't has balcony. İf you needed balcony room you could choose exspensive one, becuse our balcony room more expensive than deluxe. And at that night our personal which is the guy at the reception he said to you : if it will be possible we can arrange for you' but this sentence not mean to promise to you give the balcony room. That sentence means we are willing to help you like we are our other guests. At morning when i was at the reception your boyfirend came to my side and said we booked balcony room. Than ı explained to him about the room which one is you booked already without balcony. Than he was very rood and he yelling to me he said to me İn Turksih language which is means ' not play my nerves' and he shouted. İ am a woman. That wasn't good attitude and he showed flippant behavior. And when our manager came to reception and he explained to him like i did. And your boyfirend saw him cut his voice. How can be acceptable to be rude to woman and you wrote a commentary without shame and said we yelled to you. Even i didn't spoke with you that was your boyfriend yelled to me and i replied to him. We doing our best for our guests. That was first i saw guest like that guy. At that day in afternoon your boyfirend, slammed in when he passing through our other personal which is a woman and not said sorry and we thought he did this by knowing. And another day he came to lobby asked for towel like he command. His behavior was bad, like he paid money and he can do anything.
