The staff at breakfast time was amazing ~ Ahmet ~ Head Waiter was very kind and caring. I had my two grandchildren with me who loved the pancakes °•☆▪︎.... x The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spotless. The cleaners were polite. I would recommend this hotel its close to everything

Location is 750m from Grand Bazaar, 1.6km from blue mosque... yet tram station is just 100m away and Airport bus station (Line 7) is about 700m away!

It was nice, clean and quite all the time, breakfast was very good and Staff was helpful specially when I lost my suite case locker's key they helped me to break the locker. All in all I would difenetly stay again.

Staff at reception were helpful and took our luggage to the room.Room was clean and comfortable with aircon.WiFi was good.Plenty of choices at the buffet breakfast.Good service by staff overall.Hotel is in a clothing district and there are few eating places in area.Would stay here again

Overall pleasing experience
The overall experience was pleasant, the hotel has w good location with easy access to main streets and public transportation. Although the air conditioning and temperature control need to be improved, the rooms are cozy and clean.

I enjoyed my stay there totally nice hotel
Nice hotel , very good location , near tram station , service not bad , something wrong with the staff not friendly and very good hot breakfast with a very nice omlet( egg )and waffle maker.
