Nice hotel for Istanbul trip
During my Istanbul trip in the beginning of September, I stayed in this hotel for five days and I could have good trip because of the following advantages. 1. Good location for old city tour : This hotel is very close to Blue Mosque and it takes 5 mininute by walk. 2. Kind hotel staff : When I arrived at hotel, the hotel staff kindly explained Istanbul tour information using Istanbul map. The hotel sales manager was also very kind and helped me to solve the payment problem with my credit card company. 3. Free shuttle bus : Free transportation between hotel and airport was good. 4. Good price : Considering free breakfast and free shuttle bus, this hotel offered good price.

매우 만족스러웠습니다.
매우 좋았습니다. 처음 찾기는 좀 어려웠지만 블루모스크와 매우 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있었으며 직원들도 매우 친절하고 객실도 깔끔했습니다. 가까운 곳에 마켓도 있었고 음식점과 선물가게도 있어 좋았습니다. 다음번에도 머물고 싶었습니다.

위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 아야소피아, 블루모스크와 트램 정거장이 가까워서 여행하기에 아주 편리했습니다. 객실도 깔끔했습니다. 그런데 객실 크기가 사진보다 다소 작은 느낌이었습니다. 그리고 조식 음식 대부분이 좀 차갑게 조리가 되어서 먹기 불편했습니다.

Not very satisfying service for the price
Room wasn't sound proof. I could hear your children running around and screaming the hallway and conversation from another room. Very disturbing for a good sleep. Shower booth was very dirty. Moldy tiles. Staff were friendly on a first night but they got attitude by the time when we were leaving. Hope they changed because we didn't do expensive tours they suggested. Breakfast is very limited. Rooftop restaurant was closed for whole 4 days :(

이 호텔의 장점은 관광하기 아주 좋은 곳에 위치해 있고, 4층에서 블루모스크와 바다를 함께 볼 수 있는 것입니다. 그러나 객실에 먼지가 많고 청소상태가 좋지 않습니다.

정말 최악인듯 합니다....(Poor!! I never recommend)
정말 황당합니다... 당일 오전에 호텔닷컴으로 예약을 했습니다. 오후에 방문을 하니 방이 다 찼는데, 예약이 되어 어쩔 수 없다며 다른 더 좋은 곳으로 자기들이 방을 잡아놨다고 하네요. 그 말하면서 예약 모니터를 봤는데, 방은 많이 남은 것 같은데 말이죠... 호텔 말로는 우리가 낸 비용보다 자기들이 더 내서 방을 예약했다고 하는데... 차를 태우고 한참을 구불구불 가더군요. 결국 도착해보니 Stone Hotel 이라는 곳인데..... 정말 방 후덜덜.... 우리나라 여인숙보다도 못하는... 온수도 10여분을 기다려야 나오고... 이런 방에 160불을 냈다는 것이 황당할 따름입니다. Sarnic Premier Hotel 에서 자기들 방보다 좋다고 했는데... 그게 사실 이라면 Sarnic Premier Hotel 의 수준은 어느정도 인지... 어쨌든 서비스도 정말 별로 였고, 무엇보다 시설은 정말 가격대비 최악입니다!!! 절대 가지 마세요. 아!!! 사진과 200% 다릅니다. 그 사진 보고 예약 했다가 완전.... 그리고 Sarnic Premier Hotel 이 아니라 그냥 Sarnic 호텔이더라구요.... 절대 가지 마세요!!! (I booked last saturday morning, and would stay 1 night in Istanbul. When I got to Sarnic Premier Hotel, I suprised because the hotel is ToTally Different with Picture!!!!!! Please Don't be Hooked!!!. And they said, the hotel already fully booked so they arrange another hote, Upgrade Room, no more fee. So, i moved to there.... little bit far...and... and... and..... so so so old!!! not classical!! just old... hotel... I couldn't belive that this hotel is better than Sarnic hotel, then the worth is USD 160 per day!!!. I really disappointed istanbul hotels. Please!! don't be hooked!!!

Beautiful hotel walking distance from blue mosque and Sophia Hagia. Felt safe walking out late night. Hotel staff and welcoming and friendly. Good breakfast for a fraction price when added to booking. I would recommend this place, will definitely be coming back.

Kiváló hotel. Jó választás. Egész elfogadható árban van. A reggeli kiváló, bőséges, kimondottan Török jellegű ízvilág vár. Nagyon jó helyen van. Kb 6 perc a Kék mecset. 1 percen belül 2-3 étterem is van. Minden nagyon közel van. A szobák nem túl nagyok, sőt aprók, de a célnak tökéletesen megfelel. Napi takarítás van. Ajánlom mindenkinek a hotelt.

I booked this hotel only because they promised my Expedia agent to provide free airport shuttle to/from IST Airport. They do NOT offer shuttle and didn’t arrange a pick up for me. I had to pay for the taxi 80 Euros ( both ways). Breakfast starts at 8 am. I asked to wake me up at 5 am, they called at 4 am. I arrived at 11pm night before, I was waiting for transportation for 3 hours in the Airport, where I had to ask strangers for help, Wi-Fi at the airport didn’t work on my phone. They don’t provide even a bottle of water and didn’t offer breakfast in the box to go. Room is VERY small, 5 by 6 feet. Noisy. Bathroom smells like sewage. No normal shower-only hose on the wall, like for the bide. Very shabby place, no exit signs. Personal doesn’t speak decent English or Russian and apparently they are stupid, if can not even wake up people on time. Extremely disappointed. Do NOT stay at this property. They don’t care at all.

Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt, værelset ok, men møbler plettede og badeværelset var slidt. Var der i 4 nætter og håndvask blev slet ikke ordnet, tekopper blev bare renset på værelset og ingen ny te eller drikkevand blev fyldt op. Vinduer var så beskidte at man næsten ikke kunne se ud.

I wish my girlfriend used their photographer
When I got to my room I discovered that a curtain was just hanging by one connector, the bed was not properly set, which appeared that someone had already used it, as there were hairs on the pillow, bits of toothpaste in the sink and a pair of used socks in the bin. I went to reception to report this and was condescending told that I could have used the phone in the room. I went back to the room and after a bit of searching, I found the phone in the bathroom. To add insult to injury, the phone was also broken. It took several requests to the desk to get this sorted and after a few hours, they managed to sort out a few of the problems before I gave up and opted to get some sleep. The next morning I was able to look around the hotel and discovered the photos of this hotel is similar to dating apps where people post their best pictures, but has a considerable gap with reality. The outdoor space is cluttered with slightly disturbing garden ornaments and the lawn is mainly weeds. The reception area has a big section separated out and used as offices, which is different to the photos. In general it was very disappointing when compared to the photos they provided for the public areas. My room had seen better days and the furnishings were worn. I’m not sure if my room was haunted, as the robe they provided had several large holes as if it had been involved in some violent activity and I could hear voices in my room, which is strange as they are supposed to be soundproof.

Great place for a stay in the city
Great service, they make an effort to get what you want starting from the arrival to the airport until you leave again. The only things that is not great is the view since its in the middle of a city block but there is a nice roof terrace to be used for that and its close to the blue mosque with its loud prayer call. The hotel is 5-15 minutes walking distance to several historical and archeological places and museums as well as tram line T1 wich takes you to both bus boat or metro within 5 minutes.

Very close to the blue mosque in fact could see it from the bedroom window. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties as it’s entrance door is up stairs. Staff fantastic and good breakfasts
