Ich war 6 tage im Hotel, die Zimmer sind unhygienisch und vorallem ist die Umgebung sehr unsicher. Bitte guckt euch erst um wo ihr welches Hotel bucht, lieber bezahle ich 50-100€ mehr und habe eine sichere umgebung mit vielen Transportmitteln. Erstes unf letztes mal. Habe Expedia kontaktiert, damit ich mitten im urlaub mein Hotel wechseln kann, der Manager des Hotels hat sich nicht zurückgemeldet. Fazit: es dreht sich alles nurrrr um Geld

I booked this hotel thinking it is a 4 stars hotel, but it was not. The room was dusty, AC did not work, safe was broken, bathroom had mold in the shower and wash table. In addition, we were not informed of the construction that is being done outside the hotel. Therefore, we had to drag our bags, and no one helped us to take the bags upstairs. Guests were too noisy and no one asked me to respect others' requirement to have a peaceful breakfast. I decided to checkout two nights after (original booked for 4 nights) and sadly I forgot my Airpods Pro in the room. I called the hotel and I informed them that I forgot the airpods in the room and they should call me if they find it or not. That did not happen, The lady responded "ok ok" and hung up right away. This was the worst experience I had in istanbul and never again. Shame to call yourself 4 stars hotel.

The staff was very helpful, but the facility part like the sauna and jacuzzi has a misleading information, you have to booked and paid to use these facilities.

An excellent place to stay. Easy to reach all historic areas. The staff is professional, helpful and speaks English.

Will never do it again
This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. We stayed there for one week me and my friends. My friend left her purse in the closet and went down to the breakfast for 20 minutes. They stole 4000 from her purse and left the Turkish money and the credit card and the passport which were there. We complained to the front desk and ask for the manager to speak to. For three days asking for the manager and never showed up. Bad attitudes and no respect to people at all.

Dear Nada Ammoun; This is unfortunatley a defamation. We are very upset for your review. We work with this staf for 7 years , and we know that nobody do that in our staff. And also we know that nobody leaves 4000 usd near the closet, in bathroom. And if somebody lose everthing in room, and the staff does not care it, probably he call the polis. By the way we don t need to explain that we have safety deposit boxes in rooms, and double locked boxes in reception. Sorry but It does not make sense. You claimed our staff as thief but unfortunatley something wrong with you. We complained your defamation to Hotels.com Management.. You can not claim people as thief freely. Regards

Worst hotel
The hotel staff are so rude. The food was dirty abs had insects and flies. Customer services is Zero, the cleaning staff stole 4000$ from my purse while I went down to take my breakfast. I asked for the manager for three days no manager came to file a complaint. English skills is zero. No way to communicate with anyone. Definitely NO

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Fathi, sehr gute Anbindung zu Tram und Metro und hat alles, was ein 4*-Hotel haben sollte. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, allerdings auch sehr hellhörig, lag wohl am Durchgang zum Nachbarzimmer. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, alles gut. Das Hotel und das angegliederte Restaurant leben von den Mitarbeitern, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von der Rezeption über Restaurant, Zimmerservice Bois hin zum Gärtner sind top.

It wasn’t a very pleasant stay especially after we moved in from a 5 stars hotel with all facilities. We won’t to be closer to downtown with easier access to local transportations and memorials. Great hotel for the price you pay and great location, helpful having a great restaraunt attached. Only Downside rooms are crammed and breakfast selection is poor. But you get what you pay for worth staying in and recommend the hotel
