장점 객실 무료 업그레이드 객실 내부 깨끗하고 세련됨 싼 가격 사우나와 짐 좋음. 넓고 쾌적하며 사람적음 조식 양호. 탁심광장과 메트로 도보 7~10분. 공항 직행버스 타는 곳과 도보 4분 거리. 단점 객실과 로비에서 와이파이 유료 뷰는 별로. 호텔 바로 옆에서 공사중이라 진입로가 좁고 불편- 이게 최대 단점. 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족도 매우 높음.

The rooms were dirty and the showers full of mould. Communal areas covered in what looked like years worth of dust. Dead flowers in reception. TV not working, heating in room not working, shower was cold, bed was rock hard. Checked out 4 days early. The first room I was in had the roller blind removed and the window was at street level. Do not stay here - you have been warned.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel which has a great location. Close to taksim but in a calm location. The spa is great.The reception team are great. However i had some problems with the hotel: 1-i had reservation which was to pay at property and no down payment was needed. however 2 days before arriving the hotel tried to take money from my card and they send me a message that it was declined and my reservation will be cancelled after 24 hours! I tried to contact them on expedia but they didn’t explain well. I tried to call them many many tomes but no one answered. Then expedia team helped me to cancel the reservation and book another one paid. 2- the room service and the bar check service oped my room using their card without even knocking!! This was very unacceptable! 3- i stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean on arrival. The following day the room service cleaned. On the third day it was a disaster. The room service barely even cleaned the room. It was dirty and messy and they didnt put water.

Greit hotel. Sentral beliggenhet. Dårlige i engelsk. Hvis du er på jobbtur får du aldri benyttet deg av treningsrom eller spa pga åpningstidene. Mange bruker dette hotellet til helseopphold. Så vær forberedt på å se mange såre hårskaller på frokosten. Hotellet er fint. Men service og åpningstider på fasiliteter er dårlige. Sengene er steinharde. Og heisen lever helt i sin egen verden. Men helt ok hotell å vi på.

It has duplex suites with large windows with a great view of the city. It has a starbucks in the complex and a restaurant with room service 24/7 which is very convenient.

I booked and pre paid a 3 night stay at the hotel. Once I travels back to my home I not s in the 2nd day of my stay the hotel made an unauthorized charges to the card the had on file. The charge was done in the 2nd night of my stay. This charge it separate from the deposit and the room service fees. I have reached out to the hotel several times and have yet to hear back from anyone.

Jacuzzi 1 time free for each customer!
As always Elysium does a good job, when I arrived they gave me room with bad view, I spoke with them about it, and they moved me to better view. You have to be patience with them, since they have very high number of customers all the time. The only bad thing I would mention is that the jacuzzi cost 100 usd for 1 hour, which is kind of silly, they should give each customer 1 hour for free.
