Qualità’ cena scadente, come la merce che propongono, gli addetti ai lavori molto educati e disponibili, scarsa organizzazione nel procurare sdraio etc… le persone sopraindicate che spesso sono introvabili , le vendono ad estranei che non fanno parte dell’Hotel con il risultato che quasi tutti i gg la cosa non cambia. Persone che lasciano gli asciugamani dalla mattina occupano sempre lo stesso posto con la collaborazione anche degli addetti in piscina che pur di guadagnare qualcosa si vendono al miglior offerente senza tenere in considerazione che’ e’ il cliente la fonte di sostegno della stessa struttura. PS. Io proporrei di assegnare un numero indicativo eliminando tutte queste scorrettezze che tutti sanno che esiste e nessuno fa niente. Comunque un elogio va come dicevo prima alle altre persone che lavorano con serietà’ e professionalità’ in questa struttura, meno male se no sarebbe un disastro. Gianni Dimatteo Milano

Bij aankomst lijkt het een heel mooi 5-sterren hotel te zijn maar dit valt toch ontzettend tegen. De lobby was zeer modern met vriendelijk personeel, integendeel tot aankomst op de kamer. De kamer zat vol met mieren en muggen. Toen een nieuwe kamer gekregen zonder mieren maar met spinnen, overal waar je rond keek was wel een spinnenweb te zien. De vloer was van tapijt, heel vies om op te lopen. De terras deur wouden we niet meer openmaken uit angst voor nog meer ongedierte op de kamer. De badkamer was heel klein en totaal niet praktisch ingericht. Het zwembad was niet verwarmd, dus absoluut geen optie om in af te koelen. Het avondeten was zeer teleurstellend en eentonig, zeker voor de prijs die ze vragen. Ook het ontbijt viel erg tegen. Wij hebben ons bij het boeken van dit hotel gebaseerd op de foto’s maar vonden de realiteit niet overeenkomen hiermee. Zeer slechte ervaring voor een 5-sterren hotel. We zullen het dan ook zeker niet aanraden.

A nice place to relax
It was a nice hotel with a lovely pool and excellent swimming spots around the sea. We did have some discomfort as the aircon in the room wasn't cooling and the room was quite dated, but overall our goal was to relax and we certainly were able to. There were nice restaurants within walking distance (the buffet was a bit average so we only had dinner at the hotel once) and it was easy to get in and out with parking. The staff were helpful and the spaces nice and clean.

Très déçu
Hôtel décevant, problème avec la piscine remplie s moitié, Spa indigne d’un 5 étoile car pas entretenu, puis fermé le dernier jour de notre séjour, repas bon le 1re soir et moins les autres jours, chambre pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, client réservé les chaises longues toute la journée et les utilisent 1/2 heure en fin de journée. Manque de réactivité lors de ma plainte le soir du départ de la part du personnel de réception et le lendemain nous reproche de ne pas être passé avant, très déçu de cet hôtel!! Personnel du repas très bon et efficace

Non è un 5 stelle, piuttosto una struttura per vacanzieri di massa, non si noleggia biciclette, non ci sono tavoli Ping pong e c’è chi attraversa tranquillamente la main hall in accappatoio e infradito, ristorante stile mensa solo un po’ più fornito. Materassi e cuscini ottimi, camere poco silenziose, ci vorrebbe una seconda porta in camera da letto contro i rumori di corridoio.

Hotel im Pinienwald am Strand
Viele Kritikpunkte anderer Benutzer können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Das Hotel ist nicht neu aber in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und frisch zubereitet. Allerdings wäre zu erwähnen, dass wir hier in der Nachsaison hier waren.

Niemals 5 Sterne!
Das Hotel ist total in die Jahre gekommen und wohl nie unterhalten worden. Die Zimmer sind alt und abgenutzt. Die Badezimmer stark verkalkt und Dinge, wie z.B der Toilettendeckel, nicht ordentlich montiert. Das Personal ist grösstenteils freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussenanlage an sich und Strandbereich sind schön und grosszügig. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist alt und diverde Dinge (z.B. Wärmeliegen) sind defekt. Alles in Allem waren wir enttäuscht.. Woher die 5 Sterne für dieses Hotel kommen sollen ist uns unerklärlich.

Definitely a huge disappointment. This is not a 5* property at all - rooms are in need of serious renovation, our bathroom was broken, lights in the room were broken as well. When we used the sockets next to the bed, it sounded like something was short-circuiting with the loud ticking noise. It was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. When we called reception to raise the concern, they said “we’re full, we don’t have ear plugs for you and we won’t send anyone to check”. So they basically ignored our complaint and never followed up with it. Food in the buffet was bland and quite bad, dinners were extremely disappointing. Luckily, we only stayed two nights in this terrible hotel

Nice hotel with a couple of shortcomings
All in all we had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Melia Coral. Staff was friendly, pool and private beach were both well maintained and comfortable. Food was always plenty and tasty. The only things bothering us were: 1. Parking They allow every guest to park in their private parking lot, which is nice, except they never count the amount of permits given out and the number of spaces in the lot is limited. This means at the same time there might be 300 cars allowed to go into the lot, but only 200 spaces. People coming home late will find no place to park...in this case parking is at a public parking area near the hotel which is very busy most of the time, and is also uninsured naturally. 2. Understaffed reception I don't know if this is because of general shortage in workforce or post-COVID ramp-up issue, but the reception always had a line of 4-5 people waiting in front of it. Checking in and checking out was more than 20-25 minutes. You would expect way faster service, especially since you are required to check-in online beforehand, but with a single person dealing with ALL queries alone it will be always slow. 3. Air Conditioning I am used to hotel air conditioning not being very strong, but having a fully turned on AC running for hours in a room and still seeing temperatures above 26 °C and rising was disappointing. We contacted the reception and got a different room that was only 25 °C and eventually went even lower a bit.

Max. 3 Sterne/Hotel heruntergekommen
Zimmer und auf den Fluren verdreckt. Frühstücksraum und zugleich Restaurant für Abends ähnelt einer Großraumkantine. Auch das Angebot entspricht eher einem drei Sterne Haus. Weder mit den Koffern noch mit den Sonnenschirmen wird einem geholfen. Allein der Pool ist wunderschön und 5 Sterne wert. Würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin sehr traurig, dass in Ihrem Fall unser Ziel war nicht erfüllt und dass Sie so einen Eindruck von unserem Hotel bekommen haben. Alles prima, bis auf Zustand des Hotels
Guter Service, sehr freundliches Personal, gut organisiert während der COVID-Zeit. Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Meer neben mehreren anderen Hotels. Allerdings ist das Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommt. 5 Sterne sind es definitiv nicht, maximal 4, eher 3. Nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder!

Great for a few “down-days” of traveling.
The buffet breakfast & buffet dinner package was perfect. The nearby Tennis academy may be if interest. And the paved area just before the water area was unimpressive.
