Satisfied with service and location
Claudia was really helpful, considerate and informative. We were happy to stay and felt vey comfortable. We'll definetely stay at Porta Antica if we go to Rovinj. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Quaint Hotel near Tito Plaza
This is fabulously convenient on the south side of the Rovinj peninsula. From the principal car park, it is a 7-10 minute walk with a rolling suitcase. Staff was very friendly and our room had a lovely view of harbor. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Kitchenette was nice. Rovinj in the late fall (late November) is pretty dead - heads up. Very few dining establishments were open. (again, why having the kitchenette was so nice.)

My favorite thing about staying at this property was the amazing customer service provided by Claudia and Petra. They did a wonderful job taking care of me and my friends from beginning to end. I definitely plan on returning to the Residence Porta Antica!

Great 180 degree ocean and port view. Claudia was exceptionally kind and provided great service. She picked us from parking lot middle of night. Charming unit with modern bath, heater, wifi. Parking rate was 1euro per hour day and night.

We loved our stay at Residence Porto Attica. The hosts, Petra and Claudia, are welcoming, informative, responsive, and always helpful. The location is central, convenient, and easily walkable to all Old Town sites, restaurants, and shops. The accommodations are charming and comfortable. The breakfasts at nearby Hotel Adriatic are superb. We highly recommend this property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The accommodations were clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were to my liking,soft and fresh smelling. The shower was spacious with fantastic water pressure. The host, Luca, was super helpful. He offered me recommendations at my request which were fantastic. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit.

Claudia was fantastic & very helpful & accommodating as the front desk person. We called her when we arrived & she came immediately to get us.The area where the hotel is does not allow cars but she picked us up in an electric cart and showed us where safe parking for our car was. The hotel is actually older apartments - not fancy at all but comfortable and in an excellent location. It can get quite noisy at night with street sweepers and equipment but we did not let that bother us. A delightful town, lots to see, everything is walkable. Dining along the waters edge was lovely. She recommended a lovely restaurant named Sidro with local dishes (their Cevapcici was great) - we enjoyed it so much we ate there both nights. We would definitely go to Rovinj again.

A fantastic hotel and service
We really loved our stay. I traveled with my parents and my infant son and my dad was extremely worried about parking (notoriously difficult in Rovinj). He needn't have worried - Ana helped us find parking and picked us up as well as our luggage with her electric car and took us all the way to the hotel entrance. We later saw some people dragging their suitcases on cobbled streets and felt sorry for them and at the same time we were very thankful that our experience was so pleasant. The apartment was amazing with views of the sea and we also had a wonderful breakfast at a nearby hotel (you get vouchers to use there). We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place as well as the owners warmly to all the future guests.

Great place, great location, and great service
Nicely located in the middle of everything, extremely friendly, with a fantastic breakfast served at a beautiful terrace in a 5 start hotel next door. The view from the room is amazing. The apartment is fully equipped and it was just perfect for a few days at this beautiful town. The hotel manager picked us up in its golf cart from the parking lot outside the town and drove us to the hotel. We also rented the bikes from the hotel to visit several beaches nearby.

Wonderful location!! Great Apartment!!
We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj!! Residence Porta Antica is the perfect place to stay. We had a terrace room with a balcony overlooking the waterfront, just beautiful! As the old town of Rovinj is a car free zone, the manager kindly picked us up & dropped us off at our transfer point. This was so... much easier when you have luggage! Our accomodation was a lovely size & we were very happy with our stay!!

Cute, centrally located hotel
Residence Porta Antica is a cute, older-style hotel with a classic bed and breakfast feel (though no breakfast). Centrally located in Rovinj’s adorable old town right along the harbor, the hotel was right next to a plethora of restaurants and bars. We were also able to walk to a number of beautiful beaches in the area. Claudia was a fantastic host. She met us promptly when we arrived in Rovinj with an electric car to carry our bags into the old city. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rovinj I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The owner was very communicative via email to make sure we knew where to park and whether we needed a shuttle (it was a fine 10-minute walk with our bags). She was lovely at check-in and made us feel welcome. The room was beautiful and absolutely unique — gorgeous views of the water, old stone walls and wooden ceiling beams, and a large comfortable bed. It was very romantic and not like a generic hotel, and we’d love to stay here again if we come back to Rovinj.
