Best Place To Stay In Ravinj
The hotel is perfectly located and is in a quiet dead end small street. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, ok sized bathroom, very clean, good wifi, and breakfast was good. We did have to walk up to the third floor but they carried our luggage up for us. To be in the middle of everthing and yet have such a nice quiet room was unbelievable.

Super Nice Place
Lovely rooms, newly renovated, decorated in a fresh country style. SUPER clean, every spot of the room, stairs, entry is immaculate. Air condition unit in room came in handy during heat wave. Comfy bed with good mattress. Large shower. Location is super, just a few steps from the water, just after the famous Balbi Arch. Close to everything. 5 minute walk to parking area. Proprietors are very helpful. Our room was smaller than it looks in the picture, but still fine. Stairs may be steep for some guests.

Einfach toll.
Sehr hübsches altes Haus, in das die Zimmer mit viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgebaut wurden. Die Zimmer sind extrem romantische kleine Stuben mit Holz-Fensterflügeln, Küchenzeile, sehr bequemem Bett - und alles, ohne kitschig zu wirken. Dafür ist das supernette, hilfreiche junge Paar verantwortlich, das das Haus betreibt. Wirklich toll.

The property has been done very nicely with good quality fittings/appliances, decor and is in top shape - a pleasure to stay in such accomodation when travelling. The hosts Eleni and Marco were gracious and helpful and their English is very good.

Right in the middle of everything, yet, you have yr privacy (its in a small back alley). Its tiny and narrow but that's how everything is in the old town anyways. The owners rennovated the house beautifully and took good care of us. Stayed 3 nights and would return again. Enjoy yor trip!

Cute little place in the old town, but very small. There is no parking, so it’s an extra expense and breakfast is not included. First shower turned cold within 4 minutes (water heater was turned down). Beds were listed as king, but they are queen size (although seemed a bit longer). For the money charged, an extra bottle of water or juice in the fridge would have been appreciated

Brilliant location
Less than a 2 min walk to the central square and harbour yet tucked away so it was not noisy. Whole house has been sympathetically renovated and beautifully decorated. Eleni and Marko are the most delightful hosts - so knowledgeable and full of good advice when needed ! We felt like honoured guests in their home - which indeed we were. As the house is in a pedestrian area, Eleni and Marko arranged to meet us nearby, transported our luggage and introduced us to the historic centre. What a welcome to a truly beautiful town.

Confidently located near old town. Had cooktop and fridge and cooking equipment and plates. Owner very welcoming and helpful. They extended our check out time until mid afternoon because rainy weather.

Memorable stay
This is an absolute gem in Rovinj. Owners Elini and Marko are lovely people who made us feel welcome and at home. They were proactive in communicating with us and ensuring our arrival went smoothly. Marko was kind to help us lug our bag up the flight of stairs. The rooms are beautifully renovated while still keeping some of the original brickwork. Loved all the little amenities provided. You can really feel the effort taken by the owners into making this place special. Lastly we loved being in the heart of this lovely old historic town. Rovinj was a truly special place for us and we thank the hosts for making it even better.

Wonderful Accommodation in Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly updated historic property in Rovinj. The suite was well appointed with a nice kitchenette, TV and air conditioning and beautifully decorated. We were warmly welcomed by the managers who explained the renovation and history of the property, which is conveniently located in the heart of historic Rovinj. We had a comfortable night and look forward to returning soon to a much longer stay. We highly recommend Hotel Duketis to future guests looking for comfort, convenience and genuine hospitality in Rovinj.

洗練されたお部屋でバカンスを過ごす
ホストがとても親切でした。全てのお部屋は（日本で言う）2階以上にお部屋があるのですが、エレベーターはありません。しかし、チェックインもチェックアウトも、どちらもホストが荷物を運んでくれました。移動の都合上、朝5時半にチェックアウトする必要がありましたが、わざわざ朝早くから荷物を運ぶために来て下さいました（チェックアウトだけなら、前日に支払いを済ませておき、鍵をお部屋に残しておけばOKですが、「荷物が重いのにあなたの体じゃ大変でしょ」とわざわざ来てくれました！） お部屋もとても綺麗で洗練されています。タオルもゴワゴワではなくフワフワでした。（特にクロアチアの南半分は、ゴワゴワした洗いざらしのようなタオルです。苦笑） 唯一、場所が分かりづらいのがちょっと残念なところです（Balbi's Archをくぐって一つ目の道を左に曲がったところの突き当たりにあります）。場所が分かれば、どこに行くにも便利なので、ロケーションは最高です！

This cutest little hotel in the center of Rovinj!
This hotel is truly in the heart of Rovinj! Although a bit hidden, it is easy enough to get to and totally worth it once you do. Situated on a charming little street off, the property itself is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and decorated with creativity. The owners, Eleni and her husband are very helpful and super friendly. They have great recommendations on what to see and where to eat in Rovinj. This is my second time and Rovinj and if I ever visit again, I will definitely be staying at Rooms Duketis. Trust me, you do not want to stay anywhere else!

Ganz süßes Boutiquehotel mitten in der Altstadt
Das Hotel hat 4 Zimmer und es wird von einem jungen und sehr netten Pärchen betrieben. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, verfügen über eine Pantryküche und sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Täglicher Handtuch- und Putzservice. 50 Meter fußläufig ist ein kleiner Supermarkt für alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Aber: die Parksituation für Autos ist untragbar. Man kann mit dem Auto nur ca. 2km vom Hotel entfernt auf den Touristenparkplätzen parken und muss dann auch noch jeden Tag ca. 30 Münzen in den Automaten werfen - somit war unser Aufenthalt eigentlich davon dominiert keine Parkkralle zu bekommen und schleunigst das Geld im Parkautomaten nachzuwerfen - Parkkrallen gibt es nämlich innerhalb 15 Minuten Parkzeitüberschreitung - und da machen die Kollegen auch KEINE Außnahme... Ich würde auf keinen Fall mehr mit dem Auto dorthin fahren da man zum einen das Gepäck durch die ganze Innenstadt schleppen muss (Alles!) und zum anderen gedanklich nur damit beschäftigt ist ob die Parkuhr noch ausreichend Münzen hat - wir mussten uns sogar Münzrollen bei einer Bank holen - kein Mensch hat so viele Münzen parat. Der Preis für das Zimmer ist sehr hoch - hier kann man erwarten, dass sich die Vermieter des Parkproblems annehmen - immerhin haben sie ja nur 4 Zimmer und nicht 40., Es wäre toll, wenn hier eine Lösung angeboten wird. Baden ist nur erschwert möglich, außer man liegt gerne auf Kies, Wurzeln, Schotter oder Felsplateaus. Nur ca. 200m Infrastruktur mit Liegen und Duschen / Toiletten.

Absolut zu empfehlen
Vier nächte in einem relativ kleinen aber top gepflegten appartement verbracht. Sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet und dekoriert, extrem sauber, die eigentümer sehr freundlich, ordentlich und hilfsbereit. Die lage ein traum, restaurants, shops, bars, strand alles in kurzer distanz, es liegt ja mitten in der altstadt. Besser gehts nicht, und neue fenster und klimaanlage deswegen auch recht leise für den standort. Top top top! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Very nice. Would stay again. The room is little small so watch your knees on the corner of the bed. Also we took low pressure showers to help the hot water last longer. Overall, excellent location and value.

Great Comfortable Room in the City Center
If you are looking to stay in the city center this is a perfect location, near the Balbi Gate. This is not a hotel but a house that has been converted to individual rooms. You will be staying in a room in the house but the place has been immaculately remolded and you won't even see your neighbors unless you run into them in the hallways. The staff was always reachable, considerate, and more than willing to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My only complaint was since its so centrally located the noise from outside restaurants and shops can be a bit overbearing. But that's my own fault since I was partying until 0600 and then trying to sleep during the day when normal people are up and about..:) You won't need a taxi to get around since you are already in the main square. I arrived from Venice via a ferry and the port is a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. If you want something quaint and subtle, this is your place. I will be staying again next year for the next Salsa Party!

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub!!!!
Das Zimmer war super schön sehr gemütlich , alles sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Das besondere ist das KIng Size Bett so bequem da will keiner mehr aufstehen. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral direkt unten am Hauseingang ist ein sehr gutes Lokal sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden auch den nächsten Urlaub wieder in der Villa Duketis verbringen.

Fin lägenhet centralt
En modern och fräsch lägenhet som passar för några nätter i Rovinj. Läget är helt centralt med caféer och restauranger på några meters avstånd. Ändå lugnt på en liten gågata mellan de lite större stråken. Enda minus kan sägas vara att man inte får så mycket ljusinsläpp då grannhusen ligger så nära och är högre. Lägenheten har enkel utrustning men allt man behöver. Rekommenderas!
