The hotel is so close to the centre of town you can walk - along a gorgeous sea wall. Close to restaurants - all walkable. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are amazing and you feel like family by the time you leave. We will absolutely return - many times!!

I loved my week of spring break at Hotel Irma! The rooms, pool, and patios were lovely, the location was super convenient, and the staff went over and above to accommodate us. Thank you Liliana, Erik, Isaac, John Pierre,, Jimmy, Samuel, Johnny, y los demás. ¡Muchísimas gracias por TODO!

I’ve always wanted to try Hotel Irma and needed a place to stay one night before going to Troncones. Friendly staff, nice restaurant, and good location.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at hotel Irma. The views are breathtaking, rooms/resort were clean, everyone friendly. We did a lot of walking checking out the area great restaurant on site and lots of great places around Hotel Irma. We will definitely be back for another visit!

I found the location wonderful. We walked everyday and covered all the sites we wanted to see. Loved the view. Loved the people.

Our experience checking in was very bad. We had to wait until the clerks had time to check our Expedia reservation with Mexico City. And they proceeded to attend every other person checking in first, making us wait about 30 minutes before they could check and sure enough find it. Very disappointing. It just left a bad taste from the beginning. They're are many cute hotels all around... I'd try one of those next time.

Está en una zona céntrica muy bien ubicada, junto a la playa, con diferentes establecimientos cercanos para comer y moverte a pie a cualquiera de ellos. No tiene lugares de estacionamiento suficientes y esto representa un problema para los que vamos en automóvil, ya que algunos tienen que estacionarse en zonas alejadas en los alrededores del hotel.

Overall delightful. The only thing that would have made it even better are more shade options, especially in the afternoon for fair skinned people like us who enjoy being around the pool but can’t handle the sun.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Irma. The staff was fantastic, the room was lovely and the maid left adorable animals formed from towels every day. The food was good and we loved the servers, especially Isaac, Liliana and JP. The pools were great and there are a few options for places to sit or you can go down to the beach and swim in the ocean. My husband went snorkelling there and saw some amazing sea life. It’s a short walk into the town and the locals are very nice, and it’s very safe. We will absolutely return.

Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. However, the general manager was rude and unfriendly, as soon as we step in the reception area, she approached us to see why we were waiting so long. Well, Expedia did not send our reservation to the hotel. She did not honor our balcony room reservation and she yelled at my kids for running around us. At the pool area, she stood to observe guests several times. She also came many times to ask how we were doing to the point that she became annoying. Her greeting was not a pleasant one. The hotel has an excellent view, but as long as that person is in charge, I will not stay at this place. All other staff members were very friendly and helpful.
