In addition to the room cost, we charge state taxes, lodging tax, and a 3% processing fee, all of which are included in your original reservation. We apologize that the ground floor room couldn't meet up to expectations; our location a top a hill is why those rooms don't have windows facing outward on the backside of the room. If ever you are lucky enough to return, we'd love an opportunity to upgrade you to our second-level rooms during any future stays. You can also park directly in front of your room and have a parallel room of the refuge and windows facing the other side.We value feedback like yours and appreciate your willingness to share it with us.
