Thank you for the feedback. Our properties do not have air conditioning, however we do provide fans for each bedroom. We also have more available at the front desk upon request. We recommend cracking the windows during the day, and it generally cools down considerably in the evenings and mornings.

Hi Samantha, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your accommodations last week. I have shared your comments with our maintenance and housekeeping teams as well as the homeowner. Some of our condos have sofa beds, and some do not. We never received that request from Hotels.com, so I apologize if you were expecting one. We will make sure the photos displayed on Hotels.com are accurate moving forward. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We're glad you were satisfied with our staff and the Teton Village location! Most vacation rentals in the Jackson Hole area do not have air conditioning as it usually cools down considerably in the evenings. We do provide fans for the warmer hours of the day. I'm sorry you had to buy your own iron; we would have provided one had you notified our front desk. We hope you will consider staying with JHRL again should you return to the area in the future.
