The room was decent but outdated and smelled of cigarettes. No tissue paper provided and there was no breakfast, although I thought I saw it had breakfast listed.

It was a last minute decision. Really easy and comfortable stay. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in jackson ms.

No one at the desk to greet you. Had to wait for someone who was living up stairs to unlock the front door so you can check in (not something you should have to do after a long trip) they advertise breakfast but don’t offer it. Check out was the same experience as check in. It wasn’t awful but just kinda meh

Never Again!!!
Would never stay or recommend anyone else stay here. Room was dirty and poorly maintained. Had non of the in room ammenities listed. I'd say you were better off sleeping in your car and showering at a truck stop.

Smoking of marijuana next door, room was not a king, non-smoking but 2 queens, smoking type room, no fire detector in room, hole in ceiling where it would have been, no door on closet, remote control not working, many people milling about outside, will not be using hotels.com again

Reasonable room for the price paid. Not a great location but fairly accessible from the interstate. If you are in transit and just need to stop for the night, this is the place. Gated parking lot for good safety.

Hotel was alright. No major issues. Cleanliness could be better...there was a nasty couch just sitting in the breezeway and the stairwells need to be swept as there are spider webs and debris on them. Didn’t do breakfast, so no comment on that. No hangers in closet. Bathroom floor was sticky. Customer service has a name and it is Sebastian! He was very helpful and professional. Hotel is right off interstate and very close to gas stations and several restaurants.

Needs improvement
Hotel was inexpensive but: Ice bucket but no ice available. Closet but no hangars available. Table but no chairs. Dead bugs in the bathroom light fixture. I asked for more towels but had to first return the used ones.

It was okay for a one night stay only.
When booking the room I was looking for something closer to the stadium and when I googled this location came up and it’s like 8-10mins away it looked to be newly renovated but when we checked in our room door wouldn’t locked nor did we have a iron so we had to move to another room. Then in our other room the refrigerator didn’t work so that was a bomber and the hotel clerk stated that the ice machine was down so that wasn’t good either.

Verkligen bra standard på detta hotell, gäller allt från frukost, rummen, städning.. Enda negativa var att poolen var stängd efter att det kommit mycket regn så de var tvungna att få till klorhalten.

Closet door was broken - they fixed it but it still came off and I wasn't able to open and close it the entire time. Had to go in every day to get my key card re-done - wouldn't work. The breakfast had old fruit and not a lot of selection - not even bagels. (?) Very clean though.

Should be called" America's Worst Hotel" not Best
We had to change rooms 2 times due to the conditions of the rooms, bedding, carpeting, smell, etc. I called the front desk repeatedly, they told me that housekeeping stepped out. Really ? The manager assisted in us changing rooms. They didn't have any customers in the section we stayed in. This was Friday evening !!!! Wow. That was a red flag. But we decided to give them a chance. We could've actually changed rooms for the 3rd time. Our stay was booked for 2 days. We checked out the very next day. I refused to pay $221.00 for 2 days.It wasn't worth $50.00. I will NEVER again, stay at any America's best hotels in ANY state . We came to Mississippi for my aunts funeral , I decided to google hotels in the downtown area.I don't know anything about MS. This hotel popped up as a 3 star hotel, I would rate them as a minus 5

Motel was new and clean. Breakfast was a joke. Empty cereal containers. A few pcs of toast and English muffins. Sink faucet hot and cold we're hooked up backwards.
