We chose this property based on it advertising an indoor pool, and the rooms had jacuzzis. They kept the pool closed for the entire duration of our trip without explanation despite multiple attempts to find out why. The jacuzzi was much to small as well. The room we were in was supposed to be their best available but it was musky with the feel of a shady local. There were no elevators and the wooden stairways seemed a bit flimsy as they wobbled while climbing them. Do not stay here unless you absolutely must.

Called to verify the hotel has a pool before booking. When we arrived 10 minutes later, the pool had been closed for maintenance for the past 3 days. Hallways smelled highly of smoke and stairwells smelled very bad too. Breakfast does not get refilled an hour before it ends and was very limited. TV was incredibly slow with many blank channels and no guide to figure out what channels you could use. No elevator. Luggage carts were hidden in a stairwell halfway down a hallway, nowhere near the front desk.

The hotel is in the perfect location if you looking for food options and Walmart is like a mile away. Fast friendly service was a plus. Every staff member spoke and said have a good day which is rare nowadays.

Decent sized pool. Rooms were dirty. Our party had 3 rooms. One had used dental picks on the night stand. Another had candy wrappers and some black plastic things on the floor. Those seem like pretty basic things when cleaning rooms so I don’t want to think about what was missed that we didn’t see. Killed a few spiders in the bathrooms.

Mike at the front desk was very helpful and nice ! Will definitely stay again ! Met the day shift staff upon leaving and they were great also ! So many mixed reviews but I was expecting the worse and it wasn’t bad at all !

The room was nice. One of the reason we picked this location is the pool. Was very bummed that we went to the local store to get bathing suits and get back and the pool was closed for maintenance and was closed the rest of our trip. I understand things happen but was very bummed

Checking in the lady was very nice but the computer was giving her trouble. Room key did not work on the side door had to walk around to other door. Room was nice but very crowded. Bathroom is tiny. Tv cable was not very good. Got up the next day and the free breakfast was a joke out of everything and they said they were going to restock but there was not even enough for everyone to get something ( 4 adults and 3 kids). Going back to the room I walked by the front desk and said hi to the man behind it and he did not even acknowledge me. I would not stay here again. But it is a great location

The staff members were all polite and the hotel was very clean for an older building. As we pulled up we were a little hesitant, but we were pleasantly surprised once inside.

For the price of this room, you would have expected something more period it was very small and cramped. The noise level was unbelievable very old motel. That has just had a slap of paint put on It. You could tell that someone had kicked in the door in the room that we were in. It was actually kind of frightening to be in there by yourself. Staff was friendly enough but gave off. A very weird vibe or couldn't speak English very well. Breakfast was not as advertised just disappointed. I guess is what I need to say disappointed

My stay was ok, just that the guy in room next to me was loud half the night and also was smoking weed in his room. That nasty smell lingered over to my room which was 118.

OK but does not live up to expected standards
This hotel was OK. Not great, not terrible. It was clean teh rooms were a bait run down but not bad. The breakfast was reasonably good, if limited. Our biggest complaint about the hotel was the terrible WiFi service. The signal was strong but the actual internet access was horrible. The internet access would be available for a couple of minutes then would drop out for 30 - 40 minutes then would be back for a couple of minutes more. Of course, every time it dropped and came back, you had to log in again. Very disappointing! We would not stay here again.

It was a great stay even if it was 1 night it was the perfect home away from home. The room was clean and so was everything else in the room. I really liked the warm pool but my only complaint was the fact my king turned into a queen but nonetheless still a great stay. I will say the doors need to be easier to close, I left my hotel room and found the door needed an extra pull to be shut.

When I went to check in the check in area smelled like weed! The hall ways smelled like weed. The room was clean and didn't smell. At 4 o'clock in the morning a fire alarm went off and we were all evacuated and had to get up early to drive ( not the company's fault but ppl need to be smarter!). Finally ,breakfast was a disappointment.

Pool water was very dirty and cloudy. Algae sediment on bottom of pool. There were 2 dirty wash cloths hung over the shower curtain left from the previous people.

Breakfast was very disappointing. They only served cereal, yogurt and muffins. They had a waffle machine and hot door warmer sitting on the counter, but didn’t use them.

My stay was absolutely awful. At midnight there were small children running up and down the halls, banging on doors with the strong stench of marijuana. Also, no elevator.
