All was good except front desk staff was having a personal cellphone call throughout the check in. She dropped her phone a couple times but continued to talk on her cellphone. I found it very unprofessional and distracting.

The rooms were good and clean, nice surroundings, I had a problem with water leaking from the bathroom to the front door, when you walk through the front door, you stepping in water try to get to the front desk, other than that, great stay.

This was a wonderful stay. The staff are courteous and kind, the rooms were clean, and the beds were confortable. We will definitely stay at this location again!

Well it never happened because I accidentally put March 3, instead of March 4. I IMMEDIATELY contacted Expedia AND the hotel to correct this and neither Expedia or the Comfort Inn Suites in Clinton, MS were willing to modify this. At first they each blamed the other due to policy issues. Then they asked me to wait 72 hours to get it resolved. I need the room tomorrow, the 4th.. Neither one seemed like it mattered at all. BAD EXPERIENCE. And probably lost $125.

Overall, I think this hotel is not reccommended. The staff and service was not bad, however, everything else was terrible. The remote for the TV did not work, the door did not shut properly, the pool and hot tub were cold, the bathroom dirty and the air condition not working

Fine in a pinch but not worth the price. Staff bery friendly but property is not maintained. Scum on walls/cirtain, microwave Fleas bites, roach, water damage and people onvioisly smoke all over property. Noisy people overhead thru oit night and no phone in room so couldnt complain to front desk withoit cell.

A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY!
Our stay at this hotel was a very nice surprise for us. The breakfast was very good. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made sure that all of our needs were met. They took extra time cleaning and were very attentive. During the several days that we stayed, they changed our towels daily and kept our room very clean. We were very pleased with our stay!

Had a leak coming from inside the window, manager offered another room but my mom was already asleep, so I use the garbage can to catch the runoff.

It needs a bit of tlc. the paint was chipping in the hot tub and the bathroom was nasty. the headboard on the bed was nasty as well

There were dirty sheets dumped in the closet, the overhead fan and heater vent cover were extremely dusty, the bathroom door stuck on the floor, the safety latch was broken and several of the walls were damaged. The heater worked (it was a cold night), as did the lights and water. Ok for an overnight stay if you can't afford anything else.

As I entered the doors, I was greeted by a nice young lady. Assistance was offered, if I needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable. I will stay again.

Good custumer service. Room door had issue. Had to pull, stick card in, then push with shoulder for door to open. Same with closing door. There was no shower curtain in bathroom. People sitting in car in front of hotel who seemed not to be guest of hotel around midnight when we came in.

Our stay
The front desk clerk was excellent! She was an incredible help with our reservation. The room wasn’t in the best condition. The baseboard was peeling from the wall and more. The beds we’re comfortable.
