We liked our stay except, they toilet was not cleaned, there was pee and hair all around the back of seat and bottom of toilet. They didn't restock the towels or the toilet paper correctly. The staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was great!

This is a pretty nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are several eating places around to choose from. It's in a quiet area of town as well and right off the expressway which is very convenient. I'd stay here again.

My room was just very dirty. On top of that, the pillow cases did not fit the pillow. They had king size pillows stuffed into regular sized cases so the pillow stuck out. The desk and nightstands still have beverage rings from the last guest, so I know they were not wiped down…very loud guests in lobby. Overall just bad. I will not use this chain again.

I need a room for a one night stay. I had some panting done at my home and i couldn't stand the smell. My check in was easy and had no problem with my room at all.

Gross, loud, ratty
For starters the AC was loud and barely worked. It cut off every 3 hours so you would wake up all night to turn it back on. There was an overhead fan that didn’t work. Cleanliness, the pull out couch mattress was COVERED in stains. There was a fake nail on the floor next to the bed. There was an open razor blade in the hallway. We alerted the staff and they didn’t seem bothered. Housekeeping opened the door two hours after we checked in. A drunk man knocked on our door at 3am for 2-3 minutes before wandering away. All of the carpets in the halls and room were disgusting. A woman at the front desk was screaming at some of the workers one of the times we left the hotel. I’m honestly not sure how this place had such good reviews.

Great Hotel Experience at The Hampton Inn
Thanks to the front desk reception for a warm welcome. The info. provided by the reception was on point. The location of the hotel is in a great area. Access to restaurants, shopping areas, and close to downtown. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast was so good. Thanks to the staff. You all made me feel at home.

The front desk person was not very friendly. Computer system was down but she took down all information by hand, then assigned me to a rom which had obviously been booked already - tv on, coffee on dresser, used towel in bathroom. She did reassign me to new room which was very noisy. Breakfast not typical Hampton Inn quality and dark roast coffee VERY weak. Comforter was nice weight but pillows not typical - they were clean and new but not the nice pillows I’ve been accustomed to at Hampton.

The property itself is nice, however the bathroom, the sink, were not cleaned well. I saw a dead flying bug on the nightstand. So I started to be a little Leary about the overall cleanliness.

We booked and paid in full through a 3rd party. Property owners reversed the 3rd party payment and tried charging us for the full room price. Will never stay at another Hampton Inn.

I enjoyed staying there. But the trash and towels were not taken out or changed out. Even when we requested for the trash to be removed from the room, it didn't happen. We had to go the the front desk every day to request clean towels. Other than that, we loved staying at the Hamilton.

Our stay was very relaxing. The night staff (Cornelius) was very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was good and hot. Just a few disappointing things..my room messed like strong urine and the hallway was as if someone was smoking all night.

The hotel was right off the highway. Easy access to food near by. Breakfast was provided. Decent parking available. The front desk people were nice. We stayed two nights.

We had a king size bed…top sheet wasn’t & neither were the pillow cases for the king size pillows . Awkward…never had that happen before.

They’ll hang up on you
Paid for the room. Wouldn’t allow spouse to check in without payment, even though it was paid. Thinking the room wasn’t paid for, spouse gave them her card. I spoke with her later and explained the room was paid for when booked. She showed the front desk the receipt and they said they would reimburse. They did so, but then, the next day, they charged our card again. I called them, and the front desk clerk said the charge was for the rest of the payment, which is inaccurate. I asked for the contact info for the manager, but she would not provide a phone number. Then she hung up on me! When I called back, she hung up on me again! We have kids in this area and go to visit often. Hampton Inn just lost our business for all future trips.
