Many unsatisfactory and unsafe I did report to Hilton no General Manager on site to deal with issues. Only 1 elevator working ( unsafe), kitchen out of food, cups (2days),no room microwave, no hot water for bathing, no vending machine in designated areas…this is not the service expected at the Hilton chain hotels !!! Terrible trip.. waiting for elevator up or down 20 minutes…with full hotel ….. I am asking for an adjusted rate or refund .. and a call from someone in hotel management …. These issues need correcting asap
