The staff was very welcoming and the propoerty was very clean and appealing. My daughter just wanted to do a simple sleepover with me and her, she had a blast and all we did was enjoy our room. The room was veey clean and the design of the living room and kitchen were stunning. Definitely booking again.

Family friendly spacious for family of 6 or more some what walkable no side walks there is a park 6 min from the hotel if u drive. Didn't like that there was no indoor pool and not many non pork items for breakfast other than that loved it.There is an outdoor pool if u go during warmer season.

Nice facility with a few minor maintenance issues like flooring needs to be replaced/ repaired second floor hallway. Other than that it was a great experience.

The best part about this place is the best restaurant Ive ever been to in my life is across the street. MM Shapley is amazing all around and worthy of Michelin rating and or Beard award. Never recommended by hotel staff. Rooms were...ok. amenities hot water workable shower and equipment. Until I woke up at 2 am itching all over and with welts on my legs and ankles. Pretty sure these were bed bugs. Over a dozen blister like welts up to the size of a dime on each leg in a row. I mentioned to staff in the AM and they said they would get it taken care of. I still itch and the bites are still there. Worst experience ever. No comp offer or anything. Desk said they would ask management to defer points on Hilton rewards. Nothing happened. Shouldnt have paid at all.

Breakfast was delicious-met the cook (she was very pleasant & helpful)! Overall, anything that was asked upon, there wasn't an issue of receiving!

The appearance of the property due to the reconstruction was awesome. Unfortunately, the restroom had a foul odor and the second restroom was backed up.

The hotel was not to our satisfactory at all. We had several issues during our stay. The lighting in the den was dim. The lighting in the kitchen was motion activated and only stayed on for a few seconds. The motion device was hidden over the microwave. It was difficult to locate. The kitchen sink leaked water on the floor. The sofa had stains on it. The sofa bed had no sheets. The telephone did not work. The pots were dirty. There was a smell in the room when we walked in. The elevator stopped working during our stay. We arrived at the breakfast buffet approximately 30 minutes after it started and they were out of some items and did not replenish.

Stayed in a double suite. Loved having the extra space to relax in. Room was super clean and comfy. Staff were sweet as could be.

The clerk at the front desk was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist with an issue. The carpet had not been vacuumed and had particles including hair, popcorn, paper pieces and dirt particles. The bathroom light did not work. The hallways smelled and the elevators were nasty. I do not recommend this hotel. I give it a 0-10. DO NOT DO IT! Pictures are deceiving.

Front desk staff was amazing. Alaina was super helpful as well as the rest of the staff. The elevators were down and the maintenance guy jumped right in to help us move our luggage

Uncomfortable stay no sleep and cold showers
The experience was uncomfortable because of the water temperature, my daughter took a shower at 7pm after checking in and the water never warmed up. We were thinking maybe there was high usage due to the time of day and decided to try the water again at 5am the next morning. When we tried again the water never warmed up without having to be ran through the tub faucet versus the shower head. Each time the toilet was flushed there was a puddle of water. This made us use our original towels. When we asked for more they were readily available. We also had trouble sleeping due to the guest whose room was on the opposite side of our wall. Beginning around 11:40 or so there was loud music and partying. We tried calling the front desk operator for 15 mins without a response before we went down stairs to the desk at midnight. When I got there she was seated in the office area . I shared the concerns about calling but not receiving an answer along with the noise concerns. She apologized about the phone and responded to the noise complaint. I shared with her that if we heard the noise again and couldn’t get in touch with the desk we would call in the complaint to the police department. I got back to the room at 12:10 and was able to sleep until 1:40 when the parting and music started back. I tried calling the front desk but no response from there I called the police dep.

I was greeted by such wonderful hosts in the hotel lobby that offered me bottled water and assistance on anything that I might need. I felt safe on the property and my room was clean and ready upon my arrival. The property in front of the hotel had beautiful trees.

Such a disappointing stay. To start, the room said it slept 7, but where? There were 2 full sized beds in the bedroom (without a door, so no really a separate bedroom as described) and a pullout couch that was smaller then a full and only slightly bigger then a twin sized mattress. The hotel is clearly under construction. The first night we were in a room without air-conditioning. It was over 80 degrees even with the windows open and ceiling fan on. We were moved to a new room the second day with a dysfunctional microwave that beeped and flashed lights all night. And since there was no door on the bedroom, no one slept (either night. It's really hard to sleep in a pile of sweat). I had wiped up some water on the bathroom floor and the rag was literally black. Not to mention, the room pictured (and subsequently paid for) showed TWO bedrooms, which the hotel said didn't exist. Overall, terrible. I wouldn't go there again. Run down. No quality control. Dirty. Wasn't worth the over $200 a night.

From the moment we checked in with a very unfriendly, cold front desk person, to the moment we checked out - two days early to move to a different hotel because this one was terrible - the place was a terrible experience. We were supposed to stay for four nights for a tennis tournament, but after two I couldn’t stand it so we moved. The bathroom was disgusting - filthy tub, gross corners, old shower curtain, etc. Oh, and the lights in the hotel make you feel like you’re in a hospital at night. They’re bright white - and I mean BRIGHT - and it’s depressing and cold. I rarely write reviews, but this place is a dump with terrible front desk service.

GIRLS WEEKEND
Since my daughter was happy with the room for her 20th Birthday Girls weekend, that was all that mattered. I could tell that the floor hadn't been swept or mopped were the kitchen table was. But it was just a small area. The rest of the room is carpet and it was clean.

The hotel was under construction but said it was newly remodeled. I was so disappointed with Hilton for this hotel. The outside looks great but the inside has so many issues. I will not be back here.
