Anytime I come home I stay at the best western. Staff is always nice and the area is convenient has a Walmart and food around. I will definitely book anytime i come home to see family. Thank you !!

While the hotel was clean it had not been updated to accommodate the plethora of electronics that people use today (December 2023). None of the light fixtures nor the clock radio had electrical outlets or USB sockets. Most of the household outlets were located behind furniture. The TV remote would turn the TV off/on and operate the guide but it would not change the channel itself. The volume had to be adjusted on the TV.

Didn’t like the $150 hold as it seemed arbitrary and racist. Customer counter wasn’t staffed when we went to check out. The young lady on duty when my a/c quit working was very responsive and professional. Only good people person we met.

Aside from the dead grasshoppers in the room and being told its common for the area even when i asked if the room was properly cleaned, my two dogs got infested with fleas from the room we stayed in. After telling the front desk, their lack of concern and seriousness of the situation I was offered a $10 discount. Very upset and disgusted from this experience. Will never stay there again nor any other of the chain name

MS Dobson, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience during your stay at our Best Western. Front Desk agent informed of the situation and looking back at the room you stayed in there has not been a pet in that in room in several months. We do have exterminator spray all our room on a timely basis, again ,I am sorry you did not have a good experience.

In my opinion the hotel is good for the price however the breakfast is not good, there's not water to drink in the hotel and I would improve the mattress!! The service and cleanliness was very good!!

The room had bed bugs in the sofa couch. The room smelled like smoke. The gym was told did not have working equipment. Water was on fhe bathroom floor could had slipped. When I available no one was at the front desk to greet me and I had to let the the know I was there to check in. Just not a great experience! I did get a refund for my room but had to do the work by calling and following up with Expedia myself.

unfortunately they had high school kids stay that weekend- pretty noisy. running up and down the halls. but water was great in the indoor pool and the inclusive breakfast was nice and hot.

Our check in was wonderful and she even inherited about our dinner experience when we returned to the hotel. The room is nice and the bed comfy so we're happy!!

Breakfast was nasty. No hot breakfast. Yogart spoiled. The sausage biscuits were in plastic bag. Microwave and taste nasty. only thing really warm was waffle. No english muffins. Very disappointed.

The room was nice all except for the little roaches. One crawled up my leg! The microwave did not work and had noodles left all over inside, like a ramen noodle exploded and wasn’t cleaned. Told the front desk clerk and was only told “sorry, I’ll let maintenance know”. Will NOT book here again

Overall it was adequate. The breakfast attendant was by far the best of any hotel we've stayed at. She made sure that you had what you wanted no matter what. The pool was great. The workout room left a lot to be desired. I ended up just walking laps around the pool while my grandchildren played. I rented 2 rooms. The one my adult children and grandchildren slept in was clean. No complaints. The one my husband and I slept in had a horrible patch up job from a still leaking shower, but that's just cosmetic. One of the towels had hair deeply woven in the material. I just used it to mop up water from the shower. Overall, the room was clean. I would stay there again.

The stay was nice but the owner I think it was kept giving me a hard time. It was a last minute stay for a family member passing and he kept hounding me about just people being in the room even though they were going to stay and when I agreed to pay the extra fee for them said they charged my card and didnt until the next morning and the room was cleaned up and everything when we left but charged me what seemed like another night instead of the price for the guests
