This property was quiet, safe, and in a great area for restaurants, shopping, things to do. The digital key gave us some issues, but the front desk assisted and resolved it for us. Would recommend and stay here again.

The check in was fast and easy, the staff was super nice and receptive. She gave us two bottles of water, that was very thoughtful. The room was clean, the shower very good and the breakfast delicious. We really recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean. However there were no towels in my room and the parking is limited.

The floor was not mopped properly or someone came in after the cleaning was done someone tracked it up other than that the room was everything I love the fact the shower area is separate from the living quarters

Cold shower, uncaring staff and manager.
I stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip last week. Check-in was fine. I got a room on the 5th floor all the way at the end of the hallway next to the laundry room which wasn't great. My main issue was the first night there was no hot water so I took a cold shower. I let the manager on duty know in the morning that my hot water wasn't working and finally requested to move rooms he insured me that I would be moved however that did not happen. I spent my second night in the room with no hot water again this time not showering because it was freezing cold. Finally the morning of day 3 they moved me into a different room which had warm water at best. There's only two things I expect from a hotel and that's a clean bed and a hot shower they failed on 50% and offered me nothing for the incredibly uncomfortable stay. I won't be returning to this Hampton Inn

The Hampton Inn by Hilton is in a convenient location, the staff is very cordial, and the facility’s appearance is clean and organized. The only minor problem I encountered was that the door to my assigned room was missing the extra lock, which is common in hotel rooms. I did not complain, but suggest that these be added to give patrons a better sense of safety. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and the seating area is welcoming.

Terrible Sleep
The room is an extremely poor condition, the dark out shade was completely broken and did not pull down, and my room is right outside the parking lot so I did not get to sleep for the two nights. I was there as the room was lit up like Christmas. The toilet was leaking and overflowing out of the back tank the entire time I was there, so I had to turn the water valve off. I made the front desk aware of the situation as they told me maintenance will take care of it, and nothing ever happened.

I COLD showered at 530 am. When I checked out, I told front desk "I assume you know there is no hot water." He said no but that it does happen when several guests shower at the same time. I tried using hot water in sink at 615--only cold water. Unfair to allow this to happen. I think there should have been some concession. I will never go back. How do you clean without hot water? Sink area had liquid "stains" that had not been wiped. The nightstand and light were dirty.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly. Several request were forgotten by staff (complimentary water in the room, request for scheduled room cleanup). Hotel was off a main hwy, so could hear traffic some.

This hotel probably has the best staff in any hotel ever! Everyone was so friendly and approachable. Well equipped gym, comfy beds, quiet, nice area. My room had a odor which surprised me for a Hampton inn but that was the only negative. I’d stay again.
