Good and helpful attendants, room was clean and very large. Perfect for my needs. Close to the airport for those needing such a location.

Property was in a great location. However not as clean as I had wished. There was a funky smell in the hall and room.

There was no secure WiFi. There was snot on the inside of my shower curtain, the sink was dirty. The lotion container had dried old lotion around the spout. The water bottle refill filter was expired. I had a hard time finding information about dining. The website connected to the Hotel Information QR code in the room did not have the dining page set up.

Great Hotel Experience except the Elevator
The elevator carpet in both elevator's were filthy and smelly . My stay was great. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. The front desk people were very nice and courteous. The breakfast bar was good.

The room was not bad, it was a good sized room. The floor when you walk in was a little dirty and seemed slippery. Only one elevator was working at time we were there. The elevator carpet was really worn and dirty, it needs to be replaced.

Property is definitely worn down. We had 2 rooms, my mother-in-law room the phone didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work. Our room the paint was peeling in the bathroom in several areas, one of the lights didn’t work and the carpet was stained. On the elevator there was a musty smell. For the price paid the value was not there.

The property is not well maintained. Our door stuck and was really hard to close. Bathroom was like a public bathroom in design.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly rude. When we were checking in, the man at the front desk was yelling at us when we asked a question about why they were charging us more money when we already paid for the hotel online. Then they were rude and laughed at us when we ordered food at their “restaurant”. Overall I was very unimpressed and would recommend staying in one of the other surrounding hotels.

The hotel had decent reviews and the parking lot and lobby looked really nice. The carpet in the hallways and elevator was very worn and dirty, but the carpet in the room was okay. The beds, however, were very old and worn out. One of the beds was torn up on the side and they were very hard and uncomfortable. The window shade was broken and the curtains were falling off the rod. The room was a mixture of old and new items. It has a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a restaurant in the hotel so you can get breakfast there, but we just spent one night on our way to the airport so we did not try the restaurant. It wasn’t a terrible hotel, but I would not stay there again.

We stayed there for one night in a double bed room and the room was so dim/dark in the entry way you couldn’t see well in the mirror. The beds were on metal railings with wheels, they were so loud and squeaky when you moved at all on the bed. It felt like it would collapse at any moment. Walked in after dinner two staff members at front desk didn’t speak or look up at us just on their phones. The elevator carpet was trifling and it smelled like a hot gym locker room. To top it off it was almost 200 dollars to stay this night. Not worth it AT ALL.
