Very safe upscale section of town. Super close to a ton of good places to eat. Few restaurants are walking distance but others are only a little over a mile away. Hotel was extremely clean. Perfect for a weekend

This property was only 15 minutes from the town center mall, and only 20 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. The area was nice outside and the inside was very clean. Staff was friendly. I appreciated that checkout time wasn’t until 12 (without having to request a late checkout). There was a small shopping plaza right beside the hotel, where you could walk to, and it had eating options from Jimmy John’s to a Steakhouse. The wife and I will happily stay at a Hotel Indigo again

Normally a good experience but there were some idiots doing drugs on my floor which caused the fire alarm to go off, there needs to be security at this location to stay on top of issues like this

Excellent property great place to stay, very friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, great a/c and decent shower, the only funny thing, the toilet paper is locked down! Let the paper go lol

We stayed for one night to celebrate my husband‘s birthday and the hotel was amazing. The rooms are spacious shower water is hot. The staff was nice very friendly. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was worth adding to our stay. I could definitely see myself staying here more often and the price was amazing.

Snooty staff and neg experience at great property
Charged for a service dog and has zero amenities. Expect to be charged extra for dry cleaning and breakfast. Prices do not match hotels.com for charges. Does not have washing facilities. They allow dogs, but when someone's dog peed by the door, they left it there past lunch time, like 5 hours, gross. Very nice, newer place. Not worth it, stay at the beach. Staff expressed that they are fine with customers going elsewhere. Not worth giving them your feedback. They must like pee left by the door.

Overall, I had an amazing experience at the Indigo hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is located in a great area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Jacksonville.

Great area. Parking was plentiful. The room itself was extremely nice. Love the hardwood floors. I hate carpet in hotel rooms. I recommend it and I’ve stayed in some iffy places before. This is not one of them.
