Derrick,Thanks for the feedback. We take a lot of pride in offering an exceptional, fresh and clean space. No excuses, we obviously missed the ball in dusting those baseboards. We have a fabulous housekeeping team. When they saw the review, they jumped on new protocols to make sure it doesn't happen again.As for the noise, we get it. This is a 100 year old building and while all the rooms have insulated walls and rubber padded wool carpet, new construction is quieter for sensitive sleepers. We do provide white noise machines for all rooms which folks have really enjoyed.As for the the breakfast menu, for other readers, it includes: Homemade GF Granola & Oatmeal, Greek Yogurt with homemade fruit compote, fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs from our own organic chickens, Sourdough bread from local Apple Cellar Bakery, and lots of coffee & tea. A little defensive on that one as we think our focus on quality, simple ingredients make the breakfast pretty darn tasty!
