Disculpas por lo sucedido en la habitación 208, efectivamente la tabla que sostiene el colchón cedió. Esta fue reparada rápidamente, sin embargo, para no hacerlo esperar le asignamos una habitación nueva. La 110 tenía un poco de olor a humedad, tenia algunos días con el A/C apagado, en el trópico eso sucede. Espero se haya solucionado con el A/C encendido. Nos alegra mucho que haya disfrutado todo lo demás del hotel, el personal, nuestro servicio al cliente, la comida y los tragos. Espero que nos pueda volver a visitar pronto.

Por la descripción que hace de la habitación me parece que es la 110 en el primer piso o la 210 en el segundo piso. Estas tienen una distribución diferente pero no son las más malas. De hecho muchos de los clientes repetitivos nos solicitan especificamente alguna de esas dos ya que cuentan con balcón de frente al mar, todas las demás tienen el balcón de lado. Mil disculpas por no haber cumplido con sus expectativas. Nuestro gerente Alan, se comunicó con usted via telefónica y para las reservas a futuro que tiene con nosotros no se le asignará ninguna de esas habitaciones. Espero que sus familiares la pasen muy bien con nosotros.

Hello Gzim , thank you very much for taking the time in doing this review. We are delighted you enjoyed the customer service we provide, for us is very important you feel well attended. Regarding the rooms, we dont understand the comment. All of our rooms are 100% remodelled, everything is completely new. After remodelation we opened to the public on July 1 2023. Said that, is not even 1 year old. All of the rooms have new A/C, hot water, TV with all the channels of the wolrd and streaming platforms, WIFI, working desk, balcony with new teak chairs to enjoy the ocean view and breeze. You were in room 204, with a comfortable king size bed with new mattress and new good quality linen. New curtains, new decoration. All bathroom furniture is new.

Secadora de pelo las tenemos en la recepción para ser entregadas a solicitud del cliente. Tenemos hielo en el hotel para uso interno pero si el cliente nos solicita, con mucho gusto se lo podemos brindar. También tenemos hielerasen caso de que necesite concervar algún producto. Por último, tenemos 3 habitaciones de la categoría superior que están equipadas con todo lo básico de una cocina. Hornos, refrigeradora grande, cocina, etc. Espero que nos pueda volver a visitar de nuevo muy pronto.

You dont know how hard we tried convincing this company that we were a whole new administration and that we remodeled 100% the hotel. We are so happy you had such a great time with us. That you enjoyed the new rooms, the best beachfront location, and the food. Specially the staff, we put a big effort so our guests feel the best service possible. Thank very much again :).
