Fun family stay with three adults and six kids!
The resort is extremely well done, and a lot of thought has gone into constructing the tree houses in an eco-friendly and 'natural' manner. The rooms were comfortable and the kids loved having branches of trees passing right through the middle of the rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive but order anything off the menu (even lemonade!) and expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour for it to arrive. Full marks to the property for originality and design, but otherwise probably not worth the price. It was a great experience but I don't think I would return considering the wide range of fantastic resorts available these days.

Not value for money. The nests are small. Food is fine for adults, but too spicy for kids. Limited staff available during meal times, some running between kitchen, serving area and bar to address multiple guests. One of the rooms had dysfunctional refrigerators, another one had water heater not working. Only limited activities for kids to do.

Each room is unique and customized as per the location of tree. Ambience, food is excellent...Wish only if there were more swings/hammocks, the child within you could be fully unleashed...

The resort itself and services were excellent. But hotels.com showed me a bathroom with bathtub in luxury rooms, which was only available in the suite.

A true oasis in the desert
June certainly isn't the perfect time of year for Rajasthan, but our stay at the Tree House was absolutely wonderful. The decor, the landscaping were really lovely, our son was delighted by treehouse living, and I'd like to make a special mention about the fantastic local cuisine they serve and the wonderful staff. We got a great off-season rate, but at full price I'd expect the resort to kick it up several notches: better international cuisine, improved maintenance of rooms. At $400 a night you expect more but for the deal we got it was amazing.

The Tree House Resort är verkligen en upplevelse. Vi (familj på fyra) bodde i "trädkojedelen" och tyckte det var kanon. Middagen i den öppna restaurangen på kvällen var mycket bra. På det hela taget en superkul upplevelse. Sen är det ju långt till allt därifrån så när man väl tagit sig dig är det där som gäller.

Nice place but certain things need to be upgraded
Nice place. Quite different experience. Beautifully built. Decor average. Highly over priced. Not offering the kind of luxury a 28000 d's room should offer. Mattress quilts n pillows worn out. Management needs change them. Food n service was very good. The same room should not have costed more than 10000 Rs. Quilt n pillows were very bad shape. Couldn't sleep well.

Wonderful, tranquil getaway
We had a brilliant time at The Treehouse Resort and the staff could not have been more accommodating if they tried. We arrived after they had finished serving breakfast, however they then brought breakfast to our room, which we ate on our balcony watching all the birds and squirrels. We did several activities including tennis, a nature walk, and cycling. The bikes were a bit old and rusty, but they did the job, and the nature walk was mainly in a safari Jeep, but that didn't matter, it was still fun. We also did a guided tour of Jaipur for a day, which I would highly recommend. We had a driver for the whole day who took us anywhere we wanted, and we had a tour guide who was brilliant and spoke fluent English. They took us to the Raj Hotel for dinner in the evening, on their recommendation, and it was wonderful. We had a local dish, Thali, which was announced in by the waiter reading from a scroll! We also spent quite a lot of time in the spa, which was incredibly good value for money and very relaxing. The resort was very well maintained, with lots of little places to sit and relax. All of which you can order drinks to from the bar. The food was brilliant on the whole, apart from our final night. Immediately after eating we both felt a bit poorly and were ill for 2 days after. I would recommend ordering a fresh dish or just eating the salads and soups if you visit in low season and have a sensitive stomach. But other than that the food was delicious!

Fantastically well managed, interesting and creative. Should have some guides for birdwatching though. No one including the guards had much idea though bird walks are advertised.

A true oasis in the dessert
Litteraly and in a figure-of-speech an oasis in the dessert. Very friendly, patient and helpfull staff, good food in a lush green environment. The room was spotless en comfortable. It doesn't get much better then this.

The Tree House Resort and Waterhouse Resort made a great weekend getaway. Its great being so close to nature - living in a room with a tree growing right through it, or with fish swimming outside your window and under your floorboards. Sounds of waterfalls and birds chirping are so therapeutic. There was also lots to do with chess, carrom, billiards, nature walks, cycling trips, safaris, spa and two swimming pools! The spa has an aviary behind it, so you can chit chat with loris and a turkey (!), while you get your Taruveda signature massage. Best of all was the excellent, very polite and efficient staff, and the delicious food! All three meals are included in the room tariff, the food is buffet style and very good! Don't miss the Saturday afternoon lunch when they serve authentic Rajasthani cuisine.

Unique resort of its kind
The resort is picturesque with a very good feel and fun to stay. I liked the concept and the ambience they have created. The huts are very nice and comfortable. The staff is very prompt and caring. I got a call from the hotel inquiring about my checkin when i was late by about 1/2 hour. The food was ok, i think if the hotel charges 15K+ for the day then the food should have been much better in variety, quality and taste. We had a good time with Archery, Badminton, Camel ride and cycling, Nintendo and Billiards. Kids wanted to stay more. so overall was a good experience.

Close to nature
We stayed at the resort over the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised to see the greenery that they have maintained amidst the Rajasthan terrain. There were rabbits , ducks, turkey , partridge left open to roam around. My 2 year old son went berserk running after them. There were small fountains, waterfalls and passages amongst the green bushes and the sound of birds chirping added to the natural charm of the place. The food was very good. A nice place to spend a day or two.

A paradise in mist of desert
I had booked the resort over the weekend as a surprise gift for my wife... And she loved it.. the tree house was beautiful , spacious n the view - amazing.. the staff was courteous n attended to all the details. They even arranged a special candlelight dinner on our anniversary. The GM called up personally to congratulate us n ask abt our stay. A total refreshing break. I would have given it full marks , but for just one glitch. According to the receptionist they dont provide accomodation for driver. It was inconvenient as we had to send our driver 40m away to jaipur. And later on we got to know that the driver rooms were available within the primises. Overall the experience was rejuvenating. Only nature lovers visit.

good concept; friendly staff; over priced
We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and a experienced a different concept overall. The quality of food was very nice as well. But we think that the rooms are a bit overpriced than they should be. At $300 a night, it stands at par with the Marriot on price front.

Unsatisfactory cancellation policy
I had booked a weekend at this resort, however I fell sick during the week and requested the resort whether the booking can be cancelled as I will not be able to travel. This request was made a good 2 days before the scheduled booking but the resort denied the request. I would've understood this if this was a last minute change but 2 days prior to the booking this request could have been accommodated. I had to pay the entire amount including taxes which seems totally unreasonable. I hope the resort reviews its cancellation policy and makes it more guest/customer friendly. My rating of 'OK' on hotel staff, facilities, cleanliness and comfort do not reflect my experience. These have only been entered because Expedia review system does not allow me to post review without this rating. Note for Expedia: I had to rate Hotel staff, facilities etc. in this review though I did not stay at the resort. Review system can be modified to capture reviews of customers like me who, though haven't used those facilities but would like to rate one or none of those.

Highly overpriced
The property was worth half the price they were charging. We went in expecting something luxurious with lovely service but were stuck in a mediocre place with below par service. Even the food was not upto standard. For the same price we have much better properties around that area. Unless they drop their rates would highly recommend skipping this resort.

Amazing get away
The resort is amazing and it doesnt feel that you are in India. The activities good for a group or an individual couple with small kids. My kid 2 years had a great time watching birds and animals around. camel ride was fun too. We had a good time and everything is vey well organized be it lunch, dinner or breakfast. In all we would like to visit again with friends and family.

Rooms are small, would have loved a little more space. Even the pool is really small. Food is decent. Overall, there is a dearth of things to do. Overall, the resort has a unique appeal to it, though I feel its a bit over-priced.

寒い季節で暖房は電気ヒーター2台のみ。寒がりには少々こたえます。お風呂のお湯もすぐなくなりました。木の上の部屋の発想は楽しいです。スタッフの対応はとても良いです。

We would never go back!
When we arrived in Jaipur, we struggled to get a taxi who wanted to drive up to the Tree House Hotell because it was far away from the city. When we arrived at the hotell the staff welcomed us with drinks(tasted like rotten lemons) and showed us our room. The hotell has so much potential, but the staff is ruing the hotellexperience.. well... The room was cool - with trees hanging out of the walls and floors, BUT, the floor was dirty, there were only cold water in the shower, the bed was hard and the AC was making really much noise. After we had settled down in the room, we went to the hotellpool..... An bad idea.. The pool was small and dirty, and it is located with no eveningsun, there are termitts on the poolfurniture.. As the hotell was located sooo far away in the woods, we decided to eat at the hotellrestaurant. There is only one restaurant there.. It opens 20:00 in the evening, when we came to the restaurant it was compleatly dark.. and we were the only costumers.. The food was terrible, and we felt like we were sterred down from the restaurantstaff. they came to our table every 5 minute asking if we were okey.. After the food we went in our room. The staff called us maybe 10 times that night asking if everything was okey with us.. kind of annoying when you want to sleep at 22-23 oclock.. well.. I could write very much about this place.. I would not recomend it, but it is a cool concept with the tree houses.
