Horrible experience from hotel as well hotels.com
Hotel did not honour the fully paid booking through hotels.com. Had a struggle at night as there were no support from hotels.com. Had to pay more to taxi as well as other hotel at 11 pm at night...Never book this kind of hotel from hotels.com also never pay online

Dtaff wad friendly. Hotel was clean. Food was excellent.

Total deception
They could not find our reservation when we arrived. The staff has no attitud to solve problems. Room was dirty and bathroom a disaster. There are no restaurants in the area. Breakfast they serve is a small coffee and two toast that are taken to the room.

Would not want to stay or refer this hotel, ever. Every aspect of the stay was a negative experience

Poor maintenance hotel in a good locality.
The room and linen was not clean. Restaurant was awful with negligible service. Water bottles were overpriced.

Propre mais personnel peu accueillant
Après plusieurs appels téléphoniques précisant que j'arriverai très tôt le matin, on m'a facturé 500 roupies en plus ! la plateforme téléphonique précisant bien que l'accueil se ferait sans problème. Le petit déjeuner inclus est inexistant : une tranche de pain de mie assortie d'une rondelle de tomate, une d'oignon et une de concombre ! L'hôtel, étant loin du centre de Jaipur, aucune information n'est donnée afin de faciliter les déplacements (bus, taxi ...), on se débrouille ! N'ayant rien à faire dans le quartier, les hôteliers ne précisent pas la possibilité d'aller vers le Grand Bazaar et le vieux quartier, on découvre au hasard. De plus, il semblerait d'après le personnel qu' Expédia n'ait pas payé la nuitée, le booking n'était pas arrêté. Heureusement qu'il restait des chambres. Situation très inconfortable pour les 2 parties. Hôtel correct pour une nuit en transit pour l'aéroport, à ne pas recommander pour du tourisme à Jaipur.

Good .. as budget cost room
Bathroom towels was not clean. Water supply was isolated due to leak.With out request drinking water was not kept in the room. During morning breakfast,tea was serve in the cup...became cold as no thermos pot. Wifi was too slow. ..almost not working . receptionist fellow seems not professional.

Misguiding customers
While booking the distance between the airport and the hotel was shown as 0.47 kms , while in reality the distance is between 3-4kms .why can't you be truthful ???

Nice Hotel close to the Airport and Mall.
I stayed for a night on 12.04.2015 with my family and our experience is excellent!!!
